Could of had more than 4 tea bags in our room which was fixed the following morning. Receptionist forgot we requested a particular room, this was rectified quickly. Not much not to dislike.

We didnt have breakfast. Love the big parking area. Our 2nd stay at this motel. Color scheme inside the room is good.

Breakfast was no longer offered. Pool filter was broken, so unable to use pool. When opening shower door it banged on the vanity. Edge of mattress was saggy due to people sitting on the edge of the bed.

The rooms were a bit small and slightly overpriced when compared to other motels . Queen sized beds are the norm in most motels these days, so a double bed is a bit small especially when paying top dollar for the room

The location was a LITTLE out of town but quite acceptable. The staff were quite friendly and obliging. The motel was clean and tidy and reasonably well maintained.

was not given the option of ground floor or upstairs on booking. having had 2 knee replacements, the stairs were a little difficult with bags. there was also an older man in the unit at the bottom of the stairs who chose to smoke outside his room rather than the designated smoking area away from the units. i have asthma so had to use my inhaler. there was an open window (with a screen) above the table but i could not reach the cord to roll down the blind so i was woken at sunrise. i suspect the many tiny bugs (flies?) were coming in from that window but fortunately i travel with bug spray so sprayed the screen liberally. I also liberally sprayed the curtain over the toilet as there was open window there too which i could not reach to close. (the curtain over the toilet could do with a wash).

Parking was bit tricky; as supposed to be nose in, but wouldn't have been able to reverse out, if someone had a larger vehicle.

un-marked or allocated parking meant some guests parked in locations which disadvantaged others. The parking area was also quite noisy. It could be worthwhile creating some more space between the units and the parking area or directing cars away from unit fronts to remove the conflict / lights in windows and sound.

comfortable, clean room, modern bathroom, one of the most comfortable beds i have slept in. Quiet location, no traffic noise, within walking distance to shopping/dining facilities. Overall, great value for money.

Couldn't hear much from the other rooms, but any noise outside, sounded like they were standing at the door. So for someone like myself, who works overnight and tends to sleep in a bit. It made it a bit hard to do so.

Like always when the Motel is fairly full there is chance of others not "too" worried about other guests but it was NOT an issue. All the same the staff were onto it promptly which was appreciated.

The location was in a quiet location - the staff were "more" than helpful and accomodating and the room was clean and well appointed. Staff able to help with "local" info on things.

Room was clean and comfortable, warm, spare blankets and pillows, ensuite a bit on the small side but manageable. Tv, microwave,toaster, fridge welcome. Pleased to have Internet access. Staff member friendly and helpful.
