I knew before I went that the rooms and balcony were quite small.

Great location, despite the construction near the building our room was very quiet. Steps away from a lively street with lots of great restaurants and eateries. Staff were great, and the coffee from the cafe downstairs was excellent.

Due to construction around the area, the air is slightly dusty even on higher floors, making it very slightly uncomfortable if one is prone to allergies. Also the Ground floor's elevator area had a weird smell, not sure why.

Staff was very friendly and professional. Location was good as it was middle of cbd area with only a short 1-2 minute walk to melbourne central train station. Room was adequete and toilet/bathroom was clean/neat and tidy.

The lifts and foyer smelled funky and it didn't matter what time of day or night, the rubbish smell was always there. I felt bad for the staff. Bathroom shower ceiling was very low, felt claustrophobic.

Location and staff were great. Views and room layout were good. Appliances and storage were good also. The bedsheets felt clean, starched and high quality and the mattress and pillows were comfortable. The shower products were lovely and smelt natural. I didn't hear much noise which was good and the temperature control was great and quiet too. I was able to check in early and staff gave me a choice of quiet room with good views and smaller layout vs larger room with desk on noisier floor. I appreciated the options and honesty.

The gym was open 24 hours which was great but no security cameras and I think this is something the hotel should consider. Having cameras near the door or in the room would be good. Going to the gym as a female alone at night felt a little off.

Paid for 3 different rooms. Same price for each. However they were all different sizes so it felt a little unfair to the people we put in the smallest room

The gym was cardio only, they need weights. The cafe attached was closed Sunday and Monday The room was sparse, perhaps a desk would be nice. The light in the toilet too low, can’t see to shave. I went to plug in my charger and discovered a thick layer of dust under the bedside table, obviously not vacuum for months. I complained to the manager and she said housekeeping should have moved furniture and cleaned underneath. I said yes but it’s also the manager job to inspect the room.

My first time in this city. Confusing laneways, but I guess that's Melbourne. The construction of the underground train just outside the hotel and just about every other street. Melbourne buildings seems to under construction everywhere. Many shops, etc seem to have moved premises so google searches were not useful. Room seemed bigger in photo's. It was adequate though.

Conveniently we were in the city centre. The Hotel's breakfast cafe was excellent.

Noise, Road Work, No easy drive access

Construction work and road work caused the hell out of our stay in Brady.

Had a small hiccup on checkin where our room had not been made up from the previous stay. Had to leave and wait another 30 mins for them to make up the room.

The noise from the neighbouring apartment construction was unfortunate. But the staff were kind enough to offer me a room on an upper floor (and ear plugs) which definitely helped.

The location is great, it's very central and close to cafe's / groceries / restaurants.
