Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

This was my second time staying here and I could never fault this hotel! The staff are always fantastic and even wrote a sweet hand written card to welcome me back. The rooms are always clean and the beds are so comfortable! Very spacious rooms. Such a central hotel been right in the city but also so quiet!! Another great stay and I’m sure another one to come

AustraliaThe hostel doesn't have a parking lot. You have to park at their cooperate parking (which is 10 10-minute walk away). It's not convenient for the visitors with packages. Also, a $20 parking fee is compulsory:) The toilets are a little small (but acceptable). The curtains open to face the windows of the commercial building next door, so the privacy issue needs to be considered. (But there is no effect if the curtains are not opened)
The desk staff is 24 hours so we had no problem checking in at almost 9 pm. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The environment was clean and overall comfortable.

AustraliaMy room was ready for check-in an hour early, so I got to go in as soon as I got there thankfully. Such a cozy little room, I felt right at home. I enjoyed having the balcony, was good to get that fresh air and a mug of coffee (kettle and coffee items complimentary to the room). The shower was really spacious, and the drainage design was so smart and visually interesting. Staff were friendly and helpful in aiding me to find my room. Cleaning services were excellent.
