    Information received after initial booking was clear, concise and enough to keep us informed on processes. Keys were easy to pick up, the accommodation was safe, clean, tidy and worth the amount we had paid for the trip. Overall good, easy process and good location.

    Substandard heating and poor management response to resolve matter. Left accomodation early and booked elsewhere as I did not feel that staying in a fridge was part of my room cost.

    location was good but very poor customer service never experience such a poor service in my life that was the first hotel where l have experience VERY poor service ,floor was so dirty fan was broken not worth it at all my money was just wasted and l waited 2 hours to get my room keys on website says check-in time is 2pm and l got my keys at 4pm l travel like 5 hours and reach at the property /office to collect keys staff were saying that your room is NOT READY yet l was on time but then waited another 2 hours for my keys its very frustrating nightmare for my family worst hotel and poor customer service

    I didnt like it at all ...fan was broken ...no internet ...garage door was not opening...lights were not good ....
