Light wasn’t working in main bedroom. Foxtel and wifi kept cutting out. Chrome Casting didn’t work at all. Lift and pool was also out of service but understandable I guess. Need to clean the curtains - my daughter would end up with dust all over her from touching it

Furnishings were a bit run down and kitchenware was very limited.

The condo has large windows so there was lots of sunshine. There were room darkening drapes. The condo was a great location for us and just the right size.

For 4 nights, only 2 toilet paper rolls were provided and we needed to purchase more.

the pool and hot tub is being completely rebuilt, unfortunately my booking app didn’t reflect this when I made the booking. there’s also a substantial new build across the road on the South side of the building and it’s extremely loud.

the size and layout of the apartment was amazing, staff were really lovely.

Having no pool due to a renovation was disappointing but we had our rate reduced to suit. Having only one lift working was frustrating and led to some delays but whilst on holidays it’s not the end of the world.

Great location with really easy access to the beach. Really handy to have underground parking included also. The apartment was nicely renovated and had everything we needed

Mid-stay service (over 8 days) didn't restock items. I can understand if you're only staying a few days, but no restock of bin bags, no fresh tea towel and no toilet paper seems a bit stingy if they are servicing anyway. We did ask, and were told no.

Location was great, apartment was spacious and comfy. Lovely views, even from lower floors. There were works happening while we were there so no pool and it was noisy but was kept to reasonable hours.

SMELL THAT WIFFED THOUGH EVERY MORNING. LIKE AN INCENSE SMELL COMING THROUGH THE VENTS FROM ANOTHER APARTMENT. NO LIGHT IN THE MASTER BEDROOM.

The apartment is close to surfers paradise. The rooms are clean and tidy. The staffs are friendly.

Chaise lounge suite leg was broken, and there was no real attempt to fix it. We ended up putting a pile of books from the bookshelf under the lounge to stabilise it. This was the only disappointing thing about the accommodation as we were a group of 4 girlfriends having a weekend away, and not being able to sit comfortably and look out at the spectacular ocean view because we were too frightened that the couch would give way under us.

The ocean view from the living area was unobstructed and spectacular! It was the thing we loved most about the accommodation and why we chose to stay here. The spa and sauna were great too!

Couch was abit tired. Alot of noise from construction. Repairs to pool advised by message one day in. Should have been told at time of booking.

Swimming pool was reburbished at the middle of our stay. So no swimming for 4 days out of 8 days. We had booked into a hotel with swimming pool. So we were not getting the goods that we had paid for.

Right on the beach with great views from the apartment. Great sized apartment for a family with pool, full sized tennis court and great bbq area next to the beach. We even had friendly lorakeets visiting our balcony.

Apartment could do with a good scrub, very dated furniture and decor but mostly needs a good clean.

View amazing from beachfront apartment. Easy beach access, and location. Staff helpful, allowed for earlier check in and were nice to deal with.

Million dollar view! The ocean and proper beach front! No road/dual carriage way between the beach and property.

It is just next to the beach. You can always have a walk on the beach.
