Lights in apartment weren't very bright and bedroom main light bulb was out so only had bedside lamps in main bedroom which is the reason for a 9 not a 10 rating.

Stayed in 3 bedroom apartment - clean and well stocked with everything needed for a week stay. Washing Machine, Dryer, dishwasher were very convenient. The pool and surrounding area were gorgeous and well maintained. Will definitely stay again.

The bathrooms and kitchen need upgrading. Also the living room couch needed to be replaced as it seriously sagged in the middle, making night time chill sessions very uncomfortable. It literally touched the floor when we sat on it and the seat cushions kept sliding off.

Loved loved loved the balcony and the pool facilities were amazing! The grounds were kept very neat and tidy and the room was clean. The beds were also very comfy.

We arrived after a late flight to the most awful room. Nothing as advertised, extremely dirty, smelt of mould and was very disappointing. Porta cot was also missing after I even called to confirm two days prior. However we were happily moved the next morning to a far more suitable, clean and lovely room, we thoroughly enjoyed the rest of our week long stay.

Our room we were moved to after the first night was clean, fresh, just as advertised, great pool access. We loved the heated pools and the kids playpark. Great family stay.

i didn’t see staff at all I realise it’s an apartment not a motel room but a couple staying 7 days and only 4 satchels coffee 2pkts detergent if I needed more I had to call someone other apartments I’ve stayed in dropped off fresh towels and supplies throughout the stay

the resort pool and spas were beautiful and relaxing the room was very basic with minimal supplies

The floor was dirty and left our feet black and gritty On arrival there were little walking bugs on the kitchen bench The dryer was very very noisy and we could not be in the unit when it was on, the neighbouring units must have found it annoying

The location is great, with walking access to Alex Surf Club for cheap meals

The room already had sand on the floor when we arrived, it was scarily filthy under the beds and couch cushions (lucky we didn't need to use the couch as a pull out bed), one of the single bed doonas has a yellow stain, door from patio to unit didn't lock properly. The remote back was broken and the batteries fell out (luckily not near the children), Definitely not the usual standard of Breakfree.

The location and pool is second to none. This is our third stay and it's the perfect family vacation spot. Out the front is amazing fish n chips, black bunny is great for breakfast, Surf Club or Alex Hotel are amazing for dinner. Great playground across the road (also one near the pool), convenience store on the corner, great paths for going for a walk along the beach. Short drive to Australia Zoo, or quick walk to bowling up the road.

Sliding louvre doors on the bedroom that didn’t block out sound or light.

Pools/spas were great although the pool could be a little warmer. Location was terrific. Close to surf, clubs & heaps of restaurants/coffee shops. Room was very small for potentially 6 people.

Eventho the apartment was clean it was a bit small and outdated for a family of 4. Master bedroom had a bath which of course kids wanted to use. The other bathroom shower was very small and you constantly bumped yourself to the door.

My room and its decor was quite old, but still quite well equipped and functional. No toiletries supplied - not sure if hat was an oversignt or this hotel doesn't supply them (I didn't ask housekeeping as I had my own stuff anyway). My room was a bit hard to find on arrival, but no problem thereafter.

Great location across the road from the beach and walking paths, and in between Maroochydore and Mooloolaba. Small grocery store just down the road for essential supplies. Free secure parking. Room was quite well equipped (albeit dated). Price was reasonable given the good location and the fact it was school holidays. I didn't have any problems with noise despite it being school holidays and very busy at the hotel.

I had an injured leg so really enjoyed using a lift to get to my 3rd floor room each day rather than have to use the stairs each time. I enjoyed being close to the Beach and to Alexandra Surf Club where I had a good breakfast and a decent dinner most days. I liked the off-street, undercover parking, felt more secure than just an open carpark. I saw families enjoying themselves in the various swimming pools.
