Overall cleanliness could’ve been better. Beds and linen weren’t overly comfortable. The cost for a pool towel.

Not sure why but there was a lot of dragging chairs in the unit upstairs which was really loud and made it hard for the kids to go to sleep. Perhaps putting soft padding on the chairs would be beneficial.

The location was amazing, across the road from the patrolled beach and close to parks and cafes. The lagoon pool was spectacular, and the hot pool and spa were really warm. Could ha e stayed in there all day. The games room was fun too. Really big courtyard (We were in the ground floor) to put all of our beach stuff. The unit was small but functional.

The facilities were slightly old. The hotel was not exclusively for tourists, some rooms are occupied by their private owners, you could tell from their different doors and balconies. If one expect this is a resort hotel he or she will be disappointed.

Our room was located at the upper floor which was accessible by lift. From our balcony we had a very nice pool-side view, that was relaxing making you felt as if you were in Bali or Thailand !

The floors were sandy/gritty on arrival. There were ants nested in the iron, but that was quickly replaced. There was a smashed chair on the balcony. The step into the bath was quite high.

Rooms are a little dated, but didn't bother us at all. Perfect for families with kids.

Great stay for families with kids! We LOVED the heated spa and swimming pools, utilised the gym. Across the street is a patrolled beach. Highly recommend.

The cleanliness of the property in particular the couch.

The pools outdoor area and location were fantastic. The appartments was very grubby. The couch inside the unit was filthy and I hesitated to sit on it.

Didn't like that the mugs were dirty and plate dirty and sand in the sink, clothes basket and on top of the washing machine. There was no Body wash or conditioner in the shower. Foxtel didn't work, so spent sometime to get the maintenance man to fix it.

Pool location excellent. Room a bit small but the studio was good enough for 2 people.

I didn’t like having to pre purchase the use of beach towels I believe that should be inclusive with pool facilities I was also told we had to wash our own towels in 3 day stay as no others would be provided . I’ve never come across that scenario before ever in my travels . We were always given fresh towels on request.

There are few misbehaving teen boys around, and they were swearing n racist. Jumping around in the pool where it's clearly said 'no jumping '

The fridge in my room had an overwhelming seafood smell, I let reception know and they were sending a cleaner to see if they could fix it. Unfortunately the smell was still there so perhaps a box of odour absorber might be a good idea. The bed was a little hard, could use a mattress topper but that is also a personal choice.

The staff were all lovely and friendly and very helpful. Jessica or Jess in particular (I think was her name.) she was fabulous so helpful, friendly and chatty could not do enough and was great if I needed anything. The room was very well appointed had everything I needed. The pools were amazing and literally metres from my room. Proximity to the beach and the surf club is fabulous. Bus stops right out the front; close connections to everywhere. Great walking paths.

The gas hot water was a bit noisy at night.

Loved the pool area, it was huge. The kids ( and us) loved the slide! The rooms were comfortable. Yes they needed an update - but we were happy in them :) very convenient to have the kitchen and the mini mart on the corner.
