Not enough bedding i.e. pillows, extra blankets were needed as Canberra is freezing; more towels. Only one very small long life milk provided for a booking with 7 people staying; not enough towels; carpet was dirty in the living area. Fan in main bathroom was very loud.

The size of the apartment was good; furnishings were good; view was excellent.

Check in was a bit of an ordeal. Had half a dozen missed calls from reception (I was driving and couldn't answer) explaining they were closing and would leave the keys in a keybox. We couldn't really hear the girl and so struggled to find the keys and to get into the building (and it was cold and wet outside). They probably could have just detailed the check in details in a message. Paid Wifi?! In the 21st century? The apartment was sort of rundown and dated. Could have done with a bit of love. And no hot water - after a long day out in the cold we got home to discover only enough hot water for two people.

Decent location with a distant view of Parliament house. Comfy beds. Big and spacious apartment. very warm and cosy.

the dishwasher was not clean there was food scraps in the bottom, the carpet was very stained and the edged of the bath where the shower screen meet the bath was very dirty.

The shower was a bit disappointing, it is a shower over the bath and makes a mess as well as not giving a very solid flow of water. On our stay the lifts produced a bit of a queue in the mornings (partly that is because of Covid as there was a policy of not sharing lifts) This only affected us in the morning peak (8-10am) otherwise it was OK

The room was very tired looking. Very dusty and wardrobe doors were off the track in main bedroom. Bathroom is not safe for elderly guests as they have to step up high into a bathtub for a shower and there is no secure railing to hold onto. We managed but others may not and should be highlighted to guests when staying. Better cleaning of rooms should happen.

We like the location as most of our time was spent in Parliament House and we could have a leisurely walk there each morning and afternoon. We also called in and saw museums along the way

Dated decor, no plugs in bathrooms, WiFi did not work.

Great location within 10 minutes walking to central Civic. Room had a great view over Lake Burley Griffin towards parliament house. Room décor & bathrooms were a little dated but still functional. Shower had great water pressure & temperature & apartment heating on a cold winter stay was very nice. On the negative side, A little attention to detail would be good - No plugs for any of the bathroom sinks & the laundry sink plug is too big. No milk available for the tea/coffee supplies in the room. "Free" WiFi was non-functional - The auto connect WiFi required a password key which was not supplied by reception in which case you then had to supply credit card details to pay for your connection; The other WiFi connection option was to scan the reception supplied QR cade for 'free' WiFi access; Upon scanning the code, the Wifi connection refused to work, continually timing out on every device we tried (in excess of 6 separate devices). Additionally, the price for the apartment was a little on the higher side, given that there was no servicing & no food provisions on site.

For the price the condition of the place was below standard. I have pictures of a broken curtain, a broken shower shelf, stains in the carpet. There was some food in the freezer from previous guests

we had to wait in the lobby for 30mins for our room to be ready at check in. Heating wasn’t well distributed throughout the apartment which was difficult overnight in winter with children.

It was in desperate need of a upgrade. Walls patched up with different shades of paints, used soap, fake eyelashes in bathroom, lolly wrapper and someone else’s hair in bed when folded down.

Everything was perfect but beds not comfortable and some of bath towels and kitchen appliances were some dirt or burn marks on it. Also usually when people book apartments it comes with free parking that we had to pay for it.

We booked for 5 people. It was a 2 bedroom apartment with a sofa bed so could easily accomodate 6 people. We clearly stated the ages of our children. We said we wanted 2 singles in the second bedroom. But because we failed to specifically say we wanted to use the sofa bed housekeeping did not make it up so when we arrived at 830pm - no made up bed and no housekeeping on site. One staff member working on her own awaiting the arrival of more holiday makers. She couldn’t leave the desk and it was not until 930 that the bed could be made up. The staff member was very apologetic and friendly - no issues there - but if you see a booking for 5 people and there are only 4 beds - logic would tell you the sofa bed needs to be made up. Not only that but we only had towels for 4 people. Again, the booking clearly stated 5 people. The curtains didn’t fit the windows - there were gaps on the sides and in the centre. And the fly screens on the doors were dusty and dirty. The place is tired and dated. The carpet is worn. The mattresses are moulded to the bodies that slept before us. There was mould spores on the shower frame - around the top - clearly the cleaners don’t look up when they clean the frame. Wifi was not automatic but we had to ask for a code... its 2022 people - this should be something in the room automatically given to you when you checkin!

The location is convenient for seeing most of the tourist sites. We were able to walk to most destinations during our stay. The view was beautiful and a real treasure to admire during our stay - first thing when we woke up and in the evening as we drew the curtains.
