The gym is a little outdated but is adequate and kept very clean.

The unit I stay in was modern and renovated. It had everything I needed including laundry. Great facilities - not ultra modern but sauna, indoor and outdoor pools are brilliant. Complex is very clean and well maintained.

Nothing to do with the complex. what i didn't like was having to check out. No one wants holidays to end.

The location for the beach was just across the road. View was lovely to sit on the balcony and watch the surf. The kept the place very clean and tidy. Staff were friendly including the cleaners etc. always said hello. No cafes around as such for a coffee unless you went into Burleigh itself or the surf club. They accommodated us to be close to the family, which was extremely appreciated. Unfortunately during school holidays you can expect the price to be high. Would recommend and stay again.

Unit size was excellent and the kitchen was fantastic with numerous utensils, Tupperware containers which is so lacking at other accommodations I’ve stayed at.

2nd bedroom had no air-conditioning, we had to move the single mattresses into the lounge room to be able to sleep at night as it was humid weather with no breeze to the bedroom

Great location directly in front of the beach and surf lifesaving club. Great walks along the beach and shops close buy to purchase coffee or quick stop of groceries.

A final check for cleanliness should be done before guests arrive. The dirty floor in the bathroom and the dirty glasses in the cupboard were obvious so not hard to see on quick inspection. Air-conditioning unit in second bedroom made noises all night whether switch on or off, it was a sound of water escaping from a drain. The occupants got no sleep. The lady in the reception wasn't a customer service 😕 person. She was not a warm smiling greeter, I felt as if I was a nuisance to her checking in and when I said I had spoken to someone at the property, she said well that must have been central office, you spoke to no one here. I felt like I had done something wrong. Otherwise she was very efficient and forthcoming with information when prompted.

The location is wonderful and the apartment very nice. The second bathroom floor was dirty with hair in the corners. Some of the glasses in the kitchen cupboard were dirty and had to wash before use. The courtyard was very nice and would be wonderful for small children. The Christmas card and chocolates were a very nice gesture and made us feel welcome.

It would be handy if the pantry had salt, pepper and oil. The stove top wasn’t working real well but they did have an electric frypan so we were able to do some basic cooking.

We had a wonderful stay at ULTIQA Burleigh! Staff were very welcoming and friendly! Location was superb and the apartment was well appointed, modern and comfy beds!!

TV wasn't a smart TV even though I called to ask and was told the TV was a smart TV. Decor and interior dated and old. Needs a refurb.

Bed and pillows were comfortable. Air conditioning in the lounge and bedroom was necessary and worked well. Washing machine was great.

Great location! We were lucky enough to get a high level floor overlooking beautiful Burleigh beach, and a modern renovated apartment (room 804). Location is excellent, only a 5 min walk to supermarkets (Coles & Aldi) and other shops such as bottle shop and pharmacy. Just a short stroll to many restaurants. Room weas lovely and clean and the bed was super comfortable.

I loved being right by the beach. There are indoor and outdoor pools, it was great to have a choice. The room had 2 bathrooms which was excellent

The only negative was quite a bit of traffic noise, but that's the price you pay to be near everything. It wasn't noisy when all doors and windows were closed.

Our 2 bedroom apartment was well located, close to beach, lovely walks, interesting shops, great cafes and restaurants. Although we had a car, we walked to most places. We particularly enjoyed brunch at Tarte Cafe and the walk to get there. We also enjoyed dinner at the North Burleigh Surf Club which had a really fun atmosphere, and huge meals.

Our room was out dated and had a smell to it. Needs a point and new carpet. Family also stayed in a different room which was a lot cleaner/ updated
