When I booked through booking.com the advert implied it was 1 apartment with a view (from photos) however on arrival I was given a ground floor apartment. Apparently you need to request a top floor apartment. Luckily we were swapped to a better apartment. The only issue with our apartment was that the beds were too soft.

The pool is great as it is nicely heated, and kids love the little bridge. We had a lovely apartment with a view.

The apartment we stayed in while mostly clean had the filthiest air conditioning vents in the second bedroom and the living room. I actually cleaned them as best I could because I was worried about the quality of air blowing on us. Also, it could use a little love and attention.

The apartment was spacious and clean. It was quite comfortable. The pool was lovely and we enjoyed a swim. The ping pong table was a particular favourite. The hotel is close to Hastings Street and the walk up the hill is a good workout.

the rooms are very close together. it was noisy, at times, from other guests. windows needed blinds down as people would walk directly past them.

Some of the guests had their dinner in the entrance way and were very noisy Not easy to wash dishes in the bathroom We slipped on the stairway to the parking (it was wet weather, but could be more slip free)

Being a resort it was not good having another rooms balcony right outside every window of our apartment. We had a group of drunken guys out on a balcony just outside our bedroom after midnight.

It is an older complex which does show. Assess is via stairs we were on the 3 rd floor which was fine for us, but would be a consideration for limited mobility.

The unit was nicely sized rooms, 2 bathrooms for 2 bedrooms was great,. Spacious living areas enough to seat 6 both dining and on the deck. Secure parking under ground and a choice of 2 pools. Well established gardens.

The room wasn’t as clean as I’d like to have seen. Hair on the bathroom floor and toilet. Bit dirty on the floor. Needs a good wipe around the tile edges and corners.

We loved the pool area and the gym was amazing.

Smoking! which wafted up into our unit from the apartment below when we had the doors open. Also smokers by the pool (always full of kids) which I now believe is not permitted and comes down to other guests but there were no signs up that I could see to refer to.

Spacious apartment with everything you could need. Facilities were great, kids well entertained. Reception friendly and welcoming.

The outside deck area was dirty. Lots of stairs. Our room was old needs some TLC. Especially pool areas. Has a swim up bar but looks like it hasn’t been used in years maybe because of covid. We were not in the room much so it wasn’t a big deal.

People lovely, walking distance to Hastings and beach, food places. View from room was beautiful.
