Floors really need a good clean asked to do this but really need a deep clean if you are walking barefoot picking up lots of bits

The apartment needs an upgrades such as provision of more cooking utensils, an oven, a better stove. The floor needs a thourough clean up because at present it is dirty. Air conditioner in the lounge area is noisy.

Location, close proximity to resturants, markets, etc., sea view from our apartment, near esplanade. Staff were fantastic and were very helpful to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Glass shower middle of hollway visible from outside.Had a curtain though with minimum block.Water from shower head was comming out very wide missing where I was standing.No room service for under 8 day stays.Reception gave city map specifically marking woolworths location.Realised later why.So we bought anything that ran out tea,sugar,milk and toilet paper.Pillow case washed but had stains.

Location was superb.Centre of everything we needed.Night markets, food, shopping public transport.Swimming pool.

Not much. It could have been a little bit cleaner and was a little bit “tired” looking but excellent value for money.

Awesome location surrounded by restaurants,shops and only a few minutes walk to harbour,bus station and waterfront. Despite this it was very quiet in the apartment and very secure. I would definitely stay again.

Shower floor a little slippery and difficult to get in/ out if you are elderly or incapacitated.

Location excellent, very central to restaurants, bars, reef tours. Not 5 star but good for a week away if you don’t want to be in a hotel room.

Anyone with mobility issues would possibly have difficulty stepping into the shower in the apartment in which we stayed, as it was a shower/spa combination.

Fantastic location overlooking the Esplanade, immaculately clean, and the staff could not have been more charming or helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, and the bed was divinely comfortable!

the ac's were older and didnt work as well as they should. the room was also older as well. could do with a fresh paint job and upgrade of amenties, still a good spot though. thats just being picky

bed a little hard - an underlay would of been good and plates in cupboard didn’t seem very clean, so I washed them before use. but that’s okay. would be nice if shampoo/conditioner was supplied. Tiles felt a bit slippery maybe due to what was used to clean them ??

No door in bedroom which makes it a little difficult if one of us stays up later than the other. Only free to air television.

Needs better bathroom ventilation, having to always keep the door closed to avoid the fire alarm going off was a pain.

Fantastic location, amazing view from the balcony. Clean and tidy, a little dated but suited us. Would happily stay again.

The kitchen was poorly equipped, there wasn't even a colander available to drain pasta, or rinse vegetables. There was only one hotplate, and the kitchen knives were not really sharp enough.

The view over the harbour was exceptional. And the close proximity to shopping was great 👍

The bedroom has no windows and is permanently dark (I thought all habitable rooms must have a window or natural light source by maybe not in QLD). Bed was very firm. A bit dated.

Great location in the dead center of Cairns opposite the council pool. Ocean view from the living area and balcony. Staff were very helpful.

Paying for WiFi....I didn't! Disappointed that the WiFi service was a pay service and not free.

Absolutely great location. We walked everywhere. Unit was very comfortable. Good views.
