Australia✔️ Rooms didn’t match the feel of the bar, restaurant and bottle shop ✔️ Staff inflexible to individual requests with front of house, however a different approach within the restaurant. ✔️ Name of this accommodation would imply that being a resort guests would have access to other facilities such as a pool, spa or gym however this accommodation didn’t include the extras of a resort.

We were upgraded to a one bedroom apartment which was a wonderful surprise. The extra space was much appreciated & we really enjoyed our one night stay. The reception staff were very welcoming.

AustraliaThe room is basic, dated, and we found the bed to be very uncomfortable. The hotel was quiet and the other guests were very considerate, which was good because when someone was loud, there was no soundproofing.
Hotel was easy to find, the staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and the shower is hot with lots of pressure. The fridge has cold water, there is a kettle and cups and utensils. Restaurant was busy and menu had lots of choice. We enjoyed both meals immensely. Food came out quickly, was hot and cooked to perfection. The dessert was divine. It was very handy having the restaurant so close to the rooms and they whipped up a great coffee in the morning.

AustraliaThe restaurant. The prices were quite high but was very average quality. Roast vegetables turned out to be just roast potatoes and carrots and the bearnaise sauce didnt taste very nice. Barramundi and roast potatoes should not be $38. But there is little choice for food options in Bremmer Bay.
The room was basic but clean. The bed was comfy and the staff were friendly.

Wonderful staff did a great job assisting us with supplying a microwave due to my food allergies, very responsive to any requests and always happy to help. Loved the accomodation, fantastic lively bar and restaurant attached, very knowledgeable staff happy to provide heaps of suggestions of places to go. Absolutely adored the Big Mermaid out the front, and just generally found we were perfectly located in the town.
