the apartment looks very tired. needs some love. would be nice to have 2 bed lamps beside bed. carpet in bedrooms not of good standard . The towels and bedding need an update.

walking distance to all areas of the city. the view was outstanding as we were in the 17 th floor .

Awesome view of brisbane river, quick access to shopping and activities. Appartment location in Brisbane CBD but street is quiet and parking provided. Hosts are wonderful helpful people, PS My son was able to update/play fortnite with no lag, he really appreciated the free wifi!

Would prefer bed config to be Q + 2S but the kids shared the 2nd Queen ok. Main bedroom could so with a better quality mattress. The oven and some pots need a deep clean as they were covered in burned food and I had to clean everything before cooking. I didn't know this booking was for a private airBnB so we were very confused when we arrived at Evolution apartments and spoke to reception who had no idea who we were!

The location is perfect right on the Kurilpa bridge so it's possible to walk, ferry or scooter everywhere. Views are great from level 17. We ate all our meals on the balcony enjoying the fresh air and view. Aside from the pots/oven mentioned, everything was very clean! Nice bath towels and extra pool towels was generous. Friendly key handover was easy.

the property wasn’t the cleanest (build up of dust on the bed head) Bobby pins and lolly wrapper in the main bedroom. the sheets on the bed were quite threadbare and had a few holes. shower head was atrocious and loose and the toilet kept running.

We rented this apartment for 5 people and the sofa bed was so horrible that it was unusable as a bed. I never expect sofa beds to be very comfortable, but this one was ridiculous. The clothes dryer did not shut off and damaged some clothing.

Really I can't fault the apartment as a great value option in an unbeatable Brisbane city location. There is also 24 hour reception which is helpful if you are checking in at an odd hour. I'd also recommend the ride share bikes/scooters which are readily available and a fun way to cross the bridge, then travel along the riverwalk to Southbank.

Highly recommend the apartment for fantastic, great value accommodation in an amazing location! The two-bedroom apartment comfortably fit our family of 6 (2 children on a sofa bed in main living area) and the kitchen was thoughtfully appointed with all you need to prepare a meal plus little extras like tea/coffee. The hosts were amazing - very timely response to any questions and helped us with check-in arrangements as well as providing very reasonably priced parking in the carpark next door. This is definitely an unbeatable location, right by the bridge that connects Brisbane CBD to Southbank, but fairly quiet and under 10 mins walk to the city shopping district, museums, restaurants, playgrounds; with cafes and a supermarket even closer. The river and city views from the apartment are amazing! The apartment was in good, clean condition with enough bedding for everyone plus good aircon. Thank you for a wonderful holiday experience!
