I was disappointed with the pool table accessories - there was only one cue that we could use (& it wasn't flash) & no chalk! If they are going to advertise a property with a pool table, it should have the tools to go with it, so that guests can enjoy it and potentially not ruin the table. The remote for the air conditioner in the main bedroom did not work (flat batteries?), and there were a couple of dead cockroaches lying around.

The house was lovely, the location was beautiful, and it was very private. The wine on arrival and milk in the fridge was a pleasant welcome! It was very comfortable and spacious. The general presentation of the property was lovely.

There wasn't a aircon in the living areas only the bedrooms. The time we were there it was pretty hot with high humidity and a aircon would have been very much appreciated. That's the only thing we could fault.

The location was great, the house had everything we needed. The pool table was a great addition 👌 Heaps of seting for our family to sit together.

The house only has air con in the bedrooms, it was very hot weather when we were there and this made the house very hot and uncomfortable. it would probably be ok most other times as the house opens up very well to let the breeze in off the canal

very clean, very spacious, good layout with lots to do at the house. it was great having everything we needed in the property for our stay, great kitchen, washing machine, dryer and outdoor fridge we caught fish off the jetty and played lots of pool

We didn't really like the beds (the double bed near the garage seemed a bit short with our feet hanging over the end) and only 1 of the 4 pool cues were usable as the others were missing the tips. We were also disappointed with the pet rule as there was some confusion, one website said this property was pet friendly but booking.com said it wasn't and upon collecting the key for the home I had to sign a form and on it it said pets were allowed for an extra fee (which we would have been happy to pay) and even inside the house there was a note asking guests to keep the pets off the furniture, so it would have been nice if we were able to bring our dog. We also thought you should be aware about a leak in the roof near the front door as we could hear it tapping on the ceiling when it was raining and another leak in the pergola roof near the sliding door to the pool room. Despite this we would love to come back for another visit!

Loved the location, it was close to everything we needed like groceries, seafood and bait for fishing. The house was clean and spacious, and the kitchen had plenty of appliances like a blender, slow cooker and sandwich press and BBQ I liked how you could open up the house to look over the canal and having our own jetty to tie up the boat. There was also plenty of room to park our cars and our boat trailer.

Our car was inside the garage when the automatic roller door malfunctioned. Thankfully a friend new how to override it and we were able to remove the car but could no longer use the garage.

The location was extremely quiet and well located.

It definitely not up to hygiene standards, had not been cleaned outside patio area there was bird poo everywhere. Both BBQ gas bottles were empty (Huge disappointment) the Pool table, all the queues are broken making it pointless. The TV in the same room doesn’t work. There is no aircon in the main areas. The aircons smell of mould. I’m sure it could be a great holiday but is being poorly managed.

The cleanliness of the whole house in general. The double bed in the guest bedroom not practical. Pool table needs recovering and more useable cues. Clothes horse would have been very handy.
