Didn't have the best experience at Pizzica Restaurant. Ordered a drink and service something different and was changed once pointed out. They had run out of what he ordered but they didn't tell him and poured something else. My prawns were under cooked and raw in some places and I sent back to the kitchen to be cooked a bit more. I didn't make a fuss or ask for a new plate just asked them to cook them properly.

Room ways surface clean but could do with some TLC. The bed head was broken and non obvious surfaces needed cleaning.

The cabin we had was unusual but very nice there is an Italian restaurant and Pizzeria part of the complex we did not try the Pizzeria but went twice to the Italian which was excellent

The attached restaurant was limited choice, and expensive, obviously not the hotels fault

It was old, quirky, comfortable, and very homely. At the same time, the Wi-Fi was superb. Our own outside area was very useful for evening drink. The communal area with leather chairs was like something from the 1800s, in a good way.

The age of the building means the sound proofing was quite poor.

The bed in room 3 is very firm almost on the hard level and not really to our liking. The space is very dark and the only real natural Light comes from the closed courtyard that is also covered. The only space or place to sit in the room is outside or in the shared lounge area, which it self lovely but also a walk through area.

The Guesthouse is close to town and within walking distance for the main shopping area. The room are quite quirky and have an old world vibe happening. Plenty of choices for eating within a 5 minute stroll. The staff were excellent and very helpful.

The locks need to be adjusted as we found it very difficult to unlock and enter the property. We weren’t sure which was the correct door to enter through - as there were two doors leading into the property.

TV remote falling apart and the whole place looked very tired The light switch was broken, the towel rail bit missing. In general it was ok stay again not sure photos bit missing leading.

Nothing to complain about. Room 4 (where I was) had a broken light outside the bathroom. Everything else was good.
