The apartment was dated and needed a good clean. Our allocated parking spot was hard to find as it was tucked in under the down ramp. We had to walk across the carpark to get to the access door to the pool area.

The pool area was fantastic. The location was great. 5 minute walk to free ferry. Quiet spot but close to city. Parking was also cheaper than cbd apartments. We had a one bedroom unit at the back of the complex that overlooked the pool. The apartment was spacious with a large balcony. We booked this apartment because of the affordable price compared to the city. It was a quick walk to the river to view the fireworks display.

The cleaning and throwing our own garbage away didn't expect that, the aircon was musky, the pillows were lumpy and thin.

My son loves staying in Kangaroo Point the property is close to the city and close to Woollangabba. The staff are always so inviting and deliver over and beyond your expectations. We stay there everytime we go to Brisbane for State swimming

Due to the time my flight arrived, and getting through rush hour traffic (in a taxi), I only just made it to the apartments before reception closed.

Lovely room, nice location and lovely places to eat close by. Great transport links close by, but if you like a walk (and I do), it is a nice walk into the city over Story Bridge.

The weekend was for our daughters wedding and I did as for a bigger unit because of the family groups in the booking .it was 3 bed but just not a lot of space . Not very clean and the lounge and dining chairs in my apartment need repair .

bathroom had a bit of a smell upon arriving, didn’t seem to go away but bearable, bathroom drawers had residue in them

parking- We had 2 rooms booked with 2 car parks reserved (head to tail parking) after going out for the day upon returning our 2 parks had cars parked in them- we rang reception to let them know and find out what we were to do as we didn’t want to take someone else’s park- were directed to take the parks beside us if they had a red dot on the sign; so we did and then received a call few hours later , other client had returned and they weren’t happy their park was taken (I wasn’t either that our parks were taken, but we’d rung reception and followed their “policy”) it seemed because other person was staying a month, they were more worried about keeping them happy. Kitchen light didn’t work, ensuite door for main bathroom didn’t close properly.

We stayed once before and had a great view but this apartment's view wasn't as good. Television in the second bedroom wasn't tuned in.

Location is great, staff very helpful and views are great when you are on the higher floors. You really don't need to leave the area for anything.

The kitchen and bathroom cupboards were worn and tatty on the outside. The complimentary milk was off. A little too sparce in the main living area.

Amazing location with a pub, cafes and a night owl 2mins walk away.
