There were quite a few ornaments and decorative elements on counters and tables which I was rather nervous of knocking over. Perhaps fewer would be safer, especially if families with children are hosted.

Home-ly (in the nicest way), and not sterile and mass-produced like most hotels. All amenities, including laundry facilities, full kitchen, generous provision for breakfast in the fridge and pantry, comfortable low bed (easy to get into), very easy access for anyone with mobility issues, clean and very quiet. Good hot water in shower, hair drier and towels etc provided. Location was great for us, only 6 km from folk we were going to spend time with. Very happy with the price and the communication with our host.

Its easy to find, not far from the highway, but quite far out of Perth CBD, but if you are looking for quiet, residential at the southern edge of the suburbs its great.

EVERYTHING! Wonderful location, lovely welcome by Elly and Zeus, spacious rooms and bathroom and very useful kitchen! Elly and Zeus left some eggs, milk and bread, coffee and tea and spices/oil for us to use. Lovely area outside and VERY CLEAN! We are almost OCD when it comes to cleaning and we were super happy with what we found. There's also a washing machine and vacuum/iron if needed

The house was clean and well presented. Had all facilities you could possibly want. Except a bath so we bought our own. Fruit trees and a lovely garden to explore with a seating on balcony and in Bali hut hidden out the back. Super impressed and will be rebooking!!

Water pressure was very low.TV was not working but used chromecast instead.

The location for us was perfect.We arrived at Perth Airport tired and didn't want to venture into the city for our first night.This home was a perfect, just 30min from our rental car pickup.Plenty of supermarkets around so we could stock up for our journey south to Wave Rock and Esperance. The home was easy to find, very clean.

Not sure if I had done something wrong or not but i waited a good chunk of time for hot water in the shower and then it went cold very quickly.

-Breakfast materials were nice. -bed was amazingly comfortable. -Rooms were well-appointed -The location was tranquil but still very easy to access society -The view was the highlight of the whole property. -

The place was very clean and comfortable. Perfect overnight stay for us as we were heading south after a late flight into Perth. The addition of breakfast foods was greatly appreciated. It saved us from having to leave early in the morning.

Is fairly out the way but you can c that on the maps already. Does get very cold quickly in there and takes ages for it to warm up with the aircon. The pillows can be better also.

Was clean, tidy, safe and good cake for money. Being able to sleep 4 people there is good value for money. Good facilities also and great owners.

This house was quite delightful, set in the Perth southern hills. It has everything I needed. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking implements. The fridge was stocked with milk, eggs, bread and spread. The house has a split system air conditioner and a large TV. In the late afternoon the kangaroos come down to eat the grass.. if you want a quiet place to stay, this place is an excellent option. All you need to pack is your toiletries and your clothes. Everything else is supplied.

Air conditioner struggled with 36 degree day getting temp down at the end of the day, after cottage was locked up. Once it had cooled down it was fine.

Zeus was helpful and friendly. Cottage was roomy and had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. quiet cul de sac location. Kitchen well equipped. Definitely would stay again.
