The only thing I would change is the pillows they were really hard.

My family and myself really enjoyed our stay here, very spacious, clean , comfortable and great location.

The location is not really within walking distance of the main shopping precinct if you are 'older'. Two items required maintenance/replacement: One of the toilet roll holders was loose and would not facilitate the toilet roll; the one ceramic pot had a crack in it and could not hold liquid, therefore was unusable.

The spaciousness of the house and property as a whole. The facilities provided. The thought given to entertainment, especially outside games. The possibility of having our little dog with us. The quietness.

Bit disappointed that the wood fireplace in the backyard is advertised to attract people but the property manager mentioned they won't provide the wood. Day-3 we had to take cold showers because the hot water is on gas cylinders and all the cylinders were empty. The toiletries and cleaning products were very minimal we had to buy our own, the conditioner provided in the shower had a stink and even after I shared with the property manager it wasn't replaced. Their payment system had a problem and 2 days out of 6 days of holiday I was trying to sort it for the property manager. We were asked to sweep all hard floors even though we paid a few hundred dollars for cleaning charges as part of the booking. Just before leaving I got an email that $200 will be held on my card for 6 days after we leave. None of this information is provided on the websites and booking portals at the time of the booking so I could take an informed decision. Short term rentals is a very competitive market and the service and overall experience was poor. We didn't get a good relaxing holiday experience overall, a bit disappointed. 🙁

The property is new and comfortable with a nice garden and backyard. The owners did a really good job with designing and building this house.

Couldn't fault anything.

The house was immaculate and well appointed. We took our small dog and she settled in well and found the doggy door in the garage useful. They even had boogie boards in the laundry which may have been useful has we been there in summer. Weber gas BBQ out the back and also a fire pit (which we didn't get around to using unfortunately).

We commented that if it was our house, we’d look at additional blinds in the toilet, bathroom and lounge to block out some of the heat. Additional hand towels and face washers. Maybe a fixed shade structure in the backyard given the heat and prevailing winds, which the temporary umbrellas were no match for. These are all wish list things, as the house is already perfect…more for down the track and didn’t detract in any way from our enjoyment of the property. We highly recommend this property to others looking for luxurious accomodation close to town. Will definitely be rebooking.

The house was spacious and extremely well equiped. Kitchen has everything you need for entertaining and so much room to accomodate everyone. Very rare to have this standard of accomodation which is also pet friendly. Beds are super comfortable and everything has been thought of. Netflix and surf boards for the kids, everything your pet requires and walking distance to the CBD and major sites.

Property manager takes Bond out of bank account after stay $200, this is not written in the payment terms on Booking.com. She sneaks it in in a message after booking is confirmed and deposit is made. Glad I have plenty of money if someone was scratching for money they may be out of luck. After lengthy discussion with Booking.com it was confirmed this is not a legal transaction from the property management when considering full stay was paid in advance of holiday date and already included a $220 cleaning charge. Property manager called and wanted to argue however after looking at the property details again and also on AirB&B there's nothing about the Bond Authorisation. I guess it comes down to an arrogant property manager who thinks she's alright right

The internal and external surroundings are very clean with modern appliances which cater to all of your every day needs. Great set up for dogs too with enclosed fencing, bed and bowls. Lovely, quiet location within walking distance to shops and beaches. We will definitely be back!
