The bathroom was not ventilated. The smell from the steam of the shower as well as the use of the toilet overpowered the rooms. If the Bathroom had a door to keep these smells in that would have been good. I had to go and get some Glen 20 to make it ok. The shower is not a shower but a hand spray for a pull out sink mixer!! I work at Reece and could have gotten you showers that worked as actual showers much better. On top of that the pressure that that handpiece is putting on the shower hose means your hose is going to burst much faster.

The Beds were comfortable and the noise level for in town was quiet enough to sleep.

Nothing to not like, but just for feedback - the freezer door wasn't closing properly so you will be spending more than you should on electricity keeping it freezing! But a full size fridge is also a great added bonus if you are travelling longer term and have an esky-full of food to store somewhere.

What a lovely surprise when you open the door of your room at Bright Velo - the room was huge and a quirky mix of old pieces of lovely furniture with modern makeover. Newly renovated bathroom was fabulous with the biggest fluffiest towels I've ever come across - plus washers, real soap and big bottles of lovely toiletries. Beds were very comfy and the aircon worked a treat during the hot day, but perfect to have off over night. Despite being right in the middle of town, walking distance to everything, it was so very quiet at night. Susie and Tim both fabulous communicators.

We stayed in room 3 right outside our door they had a Tea and Coffee set up with a microwave so from 6 o’clock in the morning you had people standing right outside the door taking and making Breakfast which is very annoying some people did not think of others trying to sleep I would not stay in that room again

Nice wine glasses, coffee machine, big, clean towels, the freezer in the fridge is big enough for a larger ice block/pack. Door locking mechanism is easy to operate.

Nothing - we liked it all. A small suggestion might be that it would be great to have a hanging rack to help to be able to dry all the towels, swimmers and stinky post-bike clothes.

Comfy beds, lots of room for the family, right in town and a place to store bikes! What more could you ask for. Access to a washing machine you say - well yes they have that too! Staff were lovely and friendly, always asking if we needed anything as the room isn’t cleaned each day. We will definitely be back!!

The showers were very small and the lighting was poor in the shower room. The futon couch was stained.

Our second bedroom had a mesh/fake plant thing on it which made the room really dark. This room also got very hot. We had to leave the air con on all night which gave us the sniffles and a bit of a chill each night. A ceiling or pedestal fan would’ve been great, as well as removing the mesh. The restaurant outside our window was loud which was only an issue some nights when our 1 year old was trying to sleep.

The staff were really friendly. Our room was nice and clean and had all we needed. The location was right in the middle of everything. Laundry, gym and bike storage facilities were all useful.

They did not change towels, make up rooms or clean the dirty dishes from the common area. The code locks on the doors were finicky.

No visible staff at any point to welcome us or even say hello as we went in and out of the property. The contactless check-in was handy, but it would have been nice to have been welcomed at some point by a staff member, as we had zero interactions with anyone! Parking was a bit tricky as we had to move the car a few times and talking luggage upstairs was not close to the car.
