No soap dispenser in the bathroom or soap provided. There were stickers on the lockers saying there were power outlets in the lockers, but there weren't. there were only power outlets near the floor so, sleeping in the top bunk, I could not charge my smarphone during the night. I think there should always be a power outlet near your bed.

Nice room and cummunal kitchen, big lockers. The location was good.

The shower in our ensuit bathroom had no pressure at all, it was like showering in mild rain.

Loved the view, would definitely recommend booking yourself a private room with river view if you’re budget allows it. Our Bed was nice, the Bathroom was clean.

The AC always turns off automatically at night, I guess they want to save the energy. But it’s annoying me coz I had to wake up and turn it on again. Besides, the AC is really dirty as if they’ve never cleaned it before.

The location is just walking distance from bus stop and train station. They have many facilities in hostel, especially the kitchen. The room and bathrooms are really clean however they don’t clean the AC that often. There are many recycling boxes in the hostel and they’re taken environmental matters seriously. Staffs are nice and friendly and helpful. There are many facilities which broken at that moment but they also fixed them really fast, unlike any other hostels which never repaired their devices and tools.

There was a door leading to the neighbouring room which wasn't a problem, just meant we had to be extra quiet out of respect and we could hear our neighbours through the door even at a low level of conversation so not very private as far as sound goes

Probably the nicest backpackers I have ever stayed in. We had a private room with 2 singles - we had our own private bathroom which is rare for a backpackers and the place was lovely inside. Private rooms seemed to be in a completely different section of the building to the dorms

The room was really small (4 female dorm). Sockets in the room were only inside of the lockers, which was really not convenient. On my floor, there was just 1 bathroom for girls (with 2 showers).

10min walk to train station. 5min walk to bus stop. Coles 3min walk. Good location. Gorgeous scenery from the terrace. Roof top bar and pool were really cool. They have a mix of activities every evening, and it is easy to connect with people. Staff is really informative and helpful. They provide luggage storage after check-in for free. Laundry service in the building.

The bathrooms whilst generally clean had broken doors in one of them and no soap for at least half my stay. Also the chargers are in the lockers which is just a bit awkward.

It was in a good location along a strip with other hostels, had a lovely roof terrace and pool and you could see the city. The kitchen was kept immaculately clean

Being taller and a little on the heavier side (100kg) the top bunk was not fun getting in and out of, I actually hurt my leg a fair few times having to stretch weirdly. The room I was in also looked like its aircon hadn’t been cleaned in ages which wasn't great to think about while it was running directly in my face. The numbering of the floors is also confusing, with all of the 300 rooms being on floor 1, I found myself going the wrong way on the elevators many times.

It’s pretty well located for anyone wanting decent access to public transport, the place felt very secure and mostly well maintained. The prices are very affordable, and they provide optional toiletries and snacks for reasonable cost. The staff were friendly and accomodating.

Aircon in the room was too cold when on but the room too hot a moment after turning off. For a huge hostel there were only 2 working laundry machines and even in the kitchen some of the stovetops were waiting for repairs.

Rooms very nice and quiet enough. Everything seemed clean.

I have spoken to the staff as the shower head wasn't the best and the aircon temp couldn't be adjusted and would turn off every 4-5 hours.

Enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Clean facilities and all staff very friendly. We could hear a bit of noise as our room was close to the common/pool area but it closes at midnight which I think is great for anyone that has an early start. It's very close to Coles, Suncorp and the city.
