Mini golf wensite deceiving with pictures on web to actually what’s available. The cafe at mini golf was all air fryer chips and microwave pizza. No selections and not worth the money. They did say they were getting new menu soon. Should have free rounds of mini golf if you stay at the hotel. Sim golf was good inside. Bit of main road noise from trucks but that’s what you get in an industrial zoned area. Website on booking.com says cable tv in all rooms but they only had free to air. Foxtels was on the channel selection but all say sim is deactivated. Maybe remove them off the tv too if you no longer have cable TV !!!

The room was clean and tidy. Easy to access with old style keys for access. Close to all food outlets Accross the road and the pool was well maintained. Staff were great and could not help enough. Never ate in the restaurant as they just put in a new chef last month and was not sure about it.

Bed was too hard. There was no towel rail near the bathroom basin to hang the hand towel. Bath towels were rather small.

It was a rushed trip but I would have liked to stay a little longer.

Great centralised position for what we went to Brisbane to do and meet all that was required. I will stay again on the next trip.

Designated parking with room numbers would save alot of potential arguments. We never parked at our room as someone was always in the spot. More brochures in rooms as we were unaware of half of the facilities and features of the stay. Beds could be updated and up sized. Room could have microwave.

Breakfast is simple but expensive. The carpet had a sharp object (maybe a small piece of glass) that injured my wife's toe. When we left, we recommended the reception desk better cleaning.

The hotel was close to a car renting company we had selected, but it is still some distance (30 minutes) from the international airport.

It was a shame the resturant closed for the Christmas period after we were only there for 2 days. Was only told of this closure a week before we arrived. Booked the two rooms 6 months in advance.

Swimming pool was perfect for my 7 year old grandson.

Maps are needed for each room directing people to their rooms. It is very messy getting around the complex and because of this we need a computer generated map for each room with other landmarks helping with directions. It is particularly hard at night. A staff member walked in front of us to show us to our parking spot but that was after we returned to reception. More signs are needed, including which way for certain rooms. We were right down in a section which is now being built and were well out of bounds.

Before the stay, I contacted the hotel, informing them that my parents and sister, who aren't fluent in English, would be guests, and I requested patience. I received a response stating, 'We often host international guests, so we will be sure to look after them.' However, upon their arrival, there were communication difficulties during check-in. When my family requested WiFi to use Google Translate for easier communication, the staff refused to provide the information until check-in was completed. Additionally, they received no assistance in reaching their room, having to navigate the hotel on their own until they found it. Despite my prior message expressing concerns to the hotel, there seemed to be little consideration for my family's situation, leaving them unsure how to resolve the uncomfortable situation.

Nothing to complain about

It was clean, it was comfortable, we had plenty of space in our room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The spa tub was excellent, we loved everything.
