Pillows were HUGE! Too big to lie on. Even the replacements were too big to be comfortable so we all slept very poorly. Parking should also be included in the expensive price.

The open air pool on the 4th floor. Unfortunately water access and sauna not functional. Loved the buffet breakfast and restaurant access. The children loved the novelty.

Lift was broken and couldn’t pick applicable floor after swiping key. Key swipe didn’t work on room door and had to get it recoded.

Room and bed were great, the standard issue pillows weren't particularly to my liking, but ok, breakfast was really nice except for the plunger coffee.

Unfortunately the beds were very uncomfortable, very soft and small. The two beds were only double size (not queen as is the norm) with two adults and two tweens sharing it was squishy. The pillows were the long kind that are used for the king beds and so we’re not suitable for two people sharing the double beds and no extra pillows provided. This lead to a poor sleep by everyone. This was unfortunate as we enjoyed the rest of our stay.

The only thing I didn't like, was having to leave..

We loved absolutely everything about our stay. First of all... the staff.. From the moment we pulled up, the staff were absolutely amazing. They most certainly allow the motel to have the reputation it has. Just Beautiful. From the smell in the Lobby to the room size, comfortable bedding, Incredible pillows, cleanliness, Pool area, to the Lovely food in the M Bar, the Brisbane Marriott does not disappoint.

Location was perfect for us. We went to dinner and then a concert in St. Johns Cathedral. It was only a couple of minutes walk to both locations which was perfect for us.

Every thing is good except the size of bed, for two adult, one 16 and one 13 kids seems too small for us A Taiwanese staff helps us a lot, she is very nice and help me to have Marriott membership.
