How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The loading zone always had people parked in it so it took us an hour to find a park to get checked in.

Nothing of note.
Great CBD location. Easy to access main shopping areas, Southbank and eateries. Room had a fantastic view. Didn't have any problems during my stay. Reception were very firefly and helpful on check-in.

The only thing I didn't like is the Fitness room level 40 !! First off all it is so small 30m2 max 😳for a big building! Only had 6 cardio machines and 2 not working everythinglook very old ! If you like your morning or afternoon workout don't stay here .definitely need to heat the pool in cold season please 🙏🙏
Over all the places is nice and secured! By the end of Albert St ! I was upgrade to 2 bedroom apartment very nice 😍! Very clean ! But only problem with special deals is that you get the back of the building where there is no view over the river! I booked here expecting to see the Brisbane river 😔😔

Dishwasher was mouldy inside. Water pressure in shower a bit dismal. Staff were super helpful and friendly. They couldn't help the water pressure.

Check in process was quite slow. Would have liked a bit more entertainment on streaming TV apart from free to air and would not have objected paying for that service as an extra on checkout.

Water pressure in our room was poor. The rubbish chute on our level was out of service.
Great location and fantastic room with a friendly reception staff. The room we got was spacious and clean and very contemporary and modern. We were able to get a cot for our baby as well which was fantastic.

Would be nice if the windows were clean to enjoy the view better. It was a shame that it was only the main bedroom that had the capability for 2 single beds for our children so they had the room with the ensuite.

When we checked in, I noticed a smell in the room. It was only later in the evening when we arrived back that I realised that there was something on the carpet. The staff were only too happy to help us. Having to park on level 8 to access a direct lift to our room was a little annoying but it was still good to be able to park in the building.
The staff were very helpful and were only too happy to help us when we had an issue. The rooms were a good size. The bedding was very comfortable and the kitchen and laundry facilities were excellent. The appliances are good quality. The pool and gym area was very well maintained. Great views from the pool. The location is really good as it is close to the city centre but is easy to get onto the riverside expressway to go anywhere making getting out of the city easy. It is within walking distance to everything in the city.

The room was a bit run down for the price of the place. Couch was stained, carpet was fraying and no spare blankets. Also the aircon only reached the back of the unit so the main bedroom was quite warm whilst the small one became freezing. Also cheap toilet paper. Also needs a flat shelf in the shower.
Location was great. Parking was easy. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Nice kitchen and ammenities.

When manually washing dishes - only 2 dishwasher liquid bags were initially provided (we were given more when we asked for them, so that was good), and there is no actual sponge, only a scourer When cooking, if making some mess on the floor - no mop to clean up with While the sounds outside are very much muted, any sound inside becomes amplified, especially at night when other group members want to sleep Want to sit on the couch and watch TV, and put a blanket on? no option, unless you take the one in the bedroom There is a gym and a pool, but are rather underwhelming. Coffee and tea options very limited, equal to what we received in places like Kalbarri, WA There was no soap dish, on any sink, which means you end up putting the tiny soaps on the sinks themselves, making more mess The TV picture looked so-and-so, and there were no streaming services configured - of course, one could add their own account, but that carries the risk that you forget to remove it at the end of the stay
Great location and view, overlooking the Brisbane City Botanic Gardens. Very spacious, lots of light, once I closed the windows there was little sound coming in from outside. Had a dishwasher, laundry machine, ticked all the boxes. Reception staff was helpful.
