Due to strong traffic and elder windows, it was rather loud, especially at night.

Great location near bus and supermarket. Kitchenette had everything we needed.

Well, in this instance, convenience means noise as the complex is located on a main road and even with the double windows it was impossible to drown out the traffic completely although the noise died down considerably overnight. A room at the back of the complex would be better.

A very convenient location. My kettle broke during after hours but it was replaced within 10 minutes so I was very pleased with the attention.

TV location it was hard to lie in bed comfortably to watch. In my opinion it should be a bit higher. Had to remove coffee stains from a mug.

Perfect location, shops and restaurant across the road, walking distance. Beds were very comfortable, everything you need to cook in the room..this hotel is excellent!

I have nothing to say here. I really enjoyed my stay. The location was excellent.

My sister and I stayed for 15 days. Great compact studio. Close to amenities and public transport, close to the city and excellent WiFi. I appreciated the kitchen facilities and washing machines in the apartment. Overall it excellent. Looking forward to booking again for my next trip to Brisbane.

I needed a place to stay near the hospital as my partner is on crutches and needed to attend an appointment. I didn't realise all of the rooms had stairs, as the photo was of the reception on the ground floor. I requested a ground floor room, but I said it would be ok if not available (since it was short notice). I received an email to say "We are pleased to let you know that the accommodation has confirmed they will be able to arrange this for you. There will be no extra charge for this request." So I was under the impression the request was accepted. But the stairs were still there/it wasn't a ground floor room. It might be something to highlight on their page that the rooms aren't wheelchair/disabled accessible, since people stay here to access the hospital nearby. This survey wanted to know about the bed and lighting. The bed was a little hard, and we could feel the springs. The light in the kitchen was flickering, but the lounge room light was enough for both rooms. Housekeeping also knocked on the door at 9:25am asking if they could clean (we were still packing up) but checkout isn't until 10am.

A large room with good kitchen/dining space. Has more space than a regular motel room. Wooden blinds keep the sun out. Loungeroom big enough to relax in. Aircon good. Close to the hospital.

Stairs up to studio with a very heavy suitcase. Next time I will ask for a ground floor apartment. Some unavoidable and to-be-expected traffic noise but ear plugs were provided.
