I didn’t get my bond almost one week, I send email for many time but no answer from the hotel

On the bookings.com site it said that they hold a $50 deposit. Due to being a single parent I change my original location to this one as it only charged $50 instead of a hundred or more. Not owning a credit card I budgeted for the extra $50. Got to the motel and they said it was $100. And would take a few days to return to my account.. I ended up spending Saturday night and Sunday night parked up on the highway until I could get funds put in to my account to get home, I have an account in not a major bank and things don’t happen as quickly as major banks and any funds transferred after 5pm Friday won’t hit my account until after 9.30am aest Monday morning. I had ran out of petrol 200km from home which that extra $50 that was used as a deposit was taken out of the fuel money as I had no other available funds… this made my trip to Queensland go from the best trip to the worst trip of my life…

Air conditioner in my room didn’t work properly however, we had 2 rooms and it worked great in the other room

Great gym and pool, as well as high quality bedding materials, Water pressure in the shower was great.

The elevators were annoying when we had to go to carpark. There’s only one elevator and it took forever to get to our floor.

Clean rooms. 2 Queen size beds that were so comfortable. Tasteful decor . Friendly staff . Close to city and Suncorp stadium.

Swimming pool is not that private being overlooked by an office block however the pool is adequate for a cool down after a hot day out

Walking distance to Central train station. Walking distance to all Brisbane CBD has to offer including Southbank.

The staff were friendly enough however were quiet rude at times, while I was having a shower house keeping kind of just bardged in without knocking or saying anything and was on the phone to someone and just quickly put stuff in the room and left without saying anything to me or my partner. Also the room and bathroom were quite small compared to the pictures and especially for the price it wasn't as good as it could have been but it was still ok I guess.

I liked the easy access to our room and how comfortable it was there and the beautiful view of the city from the top floor.

Noise from neighboring doors.

Room size was fine, location for what we needed was perfect. Good value for money compared to other motels in the vicinity. Didn't have time to use the facilities but all look great.

Every thing was great, my only problem was the lack of ceiling lights to properly light up the room and the aircon I wasn't a huge fan of but other than that it was perfect for what I needed

Had to change rooms as TV was not working properly. Evening meal in restaurant was not worth $60 for two courses, especially when there are no vegetables or salad added. Main course pork fillet was dry and hard on top. It took one and a half hours to be served an entree and main dish

Reception went well. Room suited our needs. Good selection of breakfast foods, especially gluten free options, maybe lactose free milk could be added.

The door seemed a bit thin and it was pretty easy to hear when doors opened/closed or people passed by in the hallway.

Room was clean and had a nice layout; bed was comfortable. Big floor to ceiling window made it quite light which was nice. Pool was shaded and cool in the afternoon which was nice as it was very hot in Brisbane during our stay. Location is a pretty easy walk to the riverfront and the CBD. There was a minor disturbance on our floor with a fair bit of shouting, but by the time we called the front desk (which did not take long) the manager was already en route, and they apparently dealt with it quickly because we didn't hear anything else after about 5 minutes- overall seemed to be well handled by the hotel staff which I see as a major positive.

The man serving the Lobby Bar forgot about my drink even i asked 20 min about the time, i asked again 35min after ordering. Very disappointed Room service Pizza dough tasted like frozen pizza dough quality Difficult walk from central station uphill gradient

The chrome cast was patchy as it often is in hotels.

The room was beautiful, spacious & well designed, with a bathroom that was calm & lovely to use. I had a delicious pasta from Dahl delivered to my room. Wonderful, helpful staff.

The gym is fairly basic and small and feels crowded as soon as one or two people are in there (ie one piece of equipment of a few types so peak hours can be challenging to do the workout you want)
