The location was perfect. It was a walking distance to the shops.

Apartment was listed as ‘Sea View’ however, we could only see the water from the edge of the balcony at a right angle. We were expecting a water facing apartment due to the listing title.

There were a lot of ants in the kitchen the whole time maybe need a ant spray or bomb can to get rid of the ants.

There was a lot of heavy construction noise right in front of the building that went from 6:30am to 4:30pm every day. We were out during the day so this didn’t bother us too much, but we would have been very disappointed had we planned on staying in the apartment during the day.

Fantastic location, great sized rooms and plenty of space to relax. Very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Onsite car parking was great.

The building construction going on was annoying due to the noise you couldn’t enjoy the space which was a shame.

The location is outstanding. The apartment space is generous in size and the layout is perfect.

Was a little dusty on shelves and the aircon didn’t work in the lounge room but those were minimal and will definitely be trying to stay again in the near future.

Property was beautiful. Big and spacious, perfect layout for 2 adults and 2 children. We stayed in March for Easter long weekend. We loved it that much we wanted to book again for a stay again in November, but was already booked.

Unfortunately it's currently overlooking a construction site. I'm glad we weren't there midweek as obviously could be quite loud.

The apartment itself was lovely. Huge bathrooms, very well styled. Kitchen stocked with all necessary items. Smelt nice. Balcony a good size.

Unfortunately there is construction for a new skyscraper resort too close to the building which will impact the permanent residents.

The layout of the apartment was very practical. Lovely decor and right in the heart of Broadbeach. Perfect spot. The owner Lisa was a gem assisting us with a few questions we had.

The layout, the brightness in all the rooms/ living area, the comfortable bed and linens, having a full kitchen, washing machine and dryer, how close it was to the beach, restaurants and Woolworths, that the parking was included and how easy it was to check in.

The location of this apartment was excellent for our stay during Groundwater Music Festival. Central location to all music venues, restaurants, beach and shopping. Excellent communications with host Lisa and nothing seemed to be a problem to her to make our stay enjoyable.

I wish there were blockout curtins in the bedrooms and also in the lounge as there was a lot of glare on the television

I loved the location of the property, the bedrooms were big and there was lots of room in the apretment. There was only my husband and myself, but if there were 4, we still would have been very confortable.
