Everything was great!

We loved how close it was to the beach and how friendly the staff were. It was really easy to book with the restaurant, Tonic By The Bay, and they offered a discount at the restaurant for people staying at the resort. We stayed over Christmas and it was really relaxing and we will be coming back!

Too many children were allowed to race around the paths in the luggage buggies. Although it is obviously parental responsibility, it is also a danger to other visitors. Maybe any staff who see buggies left outside units could return them to the collection area.

The pool and BBQ areas were wonderful.

10am check out time is too early. Could be extended to 11am or 12 like in most countries.

Pool are is nice, doesn't get overcrowded. Clean room. Safe place to park. Tonic at bay restaurant is very good.

Cheap toilet paper!

Location was great, the apartment was well equipped and comfortable. The menu at Tonic by the bay was not too big and the meals were great. Staff pleasant.

Shower was cracked and water sprayed everywhere. Told the receptionist about it. At the bar, the cocktail wasn't made correctly and we waited 40 minutes for an order of fries. But the staff were very nice to offer a free drink at no charge because of that.

Loved the location. Easy access to beach and love that you can bring your dog. Love that they had dog beds and feeding bowls in the rooms for them. Clean room facilities.

Relaxing, beautiful hotel. The Hotel Scenery was amazing ,the kids enjoyed the Pools and Games Room and our family had such a great stay. Staff at reception are very very welcoming. Our family will be back again

Sadly the shower leaked and flooded all over the bathroom floor, informed staff when we checked out.

A lovely peaceful setting for families or couples, very clean unit, staff fantastic. Steak burgers are amazing!

Why the constant rap and house music in the restaurant. .? It was loud and boring. Ok for young people but was def a family resort and most people there were over 65 or with children. We decided to get breakfast elsewhere because it was frankly awful

Didn't go to beachfront, as wasn't immediately obvious how to get there. Wifi was a bit unreliable.

The restaurant service wasn’t great, but the food was good. It was hard for them to service a full house on the Friday night. They didn’t bring our food out for over an hour, but were reasonably apologetic when I brought it to their attention.

The room was fabulous. The pool facilities were amazing. The gardens are beautiful.

This resort is starting to show its age. Nothing major but for what we paid for our five night stay we didn't expect taps that didn'rt turn off properly, towel rails coming adrift from the wall and brick paving in need of a reset. As I say, nothing major but these little things took the shine off our visit.

The two pools (one inside and one outside) were excellent.. The food was good, but the menu limited. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
