The facilities are a little tired and could do with a refresh. I was on the second floor and the stairs are narrow. If I had a larger suitcase, the stairs would have been difficult.

Great location for work purposes. Although it was on a busy street, the traffic didn't bother me. The room was very clean.

The unit was old and badly needs an upgrade and quite a bit of attention. The cupboard doors do not close properly; the shower was as clean as they could get it (the smell of bleach was strong); lino has been glued over the damaged floor tiles; the security screens are corroded & we could not open them (we had a ground floor unit). The outdoor area could be improved as well & could be a real bonus for a family staying there. The traffic noise is constant & all night. I could not sleep at all.

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Everything we needed was there since we only needed a place to sleep. The shower was good. I would not like to spend any extended time there. The management has obviously tried to improve the appearance of the unit but it is just old and needs a compplete overhaul.

The carpark spaces are way too small. I had trouble getting in and out of the car. Also I was lucky to not get a car door damage from the car next too me. As I have an expensive car. It wasn't good. Now I know I couldn't risk staying there again.

furniture cheap and flimsy, walls thin and sound travels everywhere, a lack of maintenance in parts, run down in parts, rooms a little hit and miss, some renovated and feel clean and good, some a little older and are marked and dated.

a motel with some differences, plenty of parking, mix of ground floor and upper level, varied bed configurations, clean linen, hot powerful water, decent fridge size, dish liquid and scourer, stove top, nice private garden for my room, decent wifi, really good value, easy to get to helensvale train by bus, and brisbane airport, about an hr bus train connection, bus to harbour town shopping, drive 5 mins to harbour town, wonderful walking path along the broadwater and all the way to surfers or the spit, cycle to broadbeach in half an hr on safe paths on the water front, nice staff, nice block our curtains, i like this place for the convenience, late check out or early check in no problem for a fee if the room is available,

Location was great one block and had a stroll along the Broadwater. It was a pleasant area with the Grand Hotel a couple of blocks for a nice meal.

The property is aging and has a few cracks or issues, however that is expected for the age and price point.

The beds were soft and clean. Kitchenette was well stocked and had everything expected to make a few meals away from home. A bonus in the room we had was a courtyard and laundrette. The staff were friendly and provided everything we needed.

We booked a superior room. This place is old and outdated. The room was not clean. Finger marks all over the TV. Paint spatter on the curtains. Visible dust in the kitchen (i wouldn't be happy with the cleaners if i were the manager). The bathroom has paint peeling and visible rust in it. Honestly, it needs work to be called a superior room. It's just a bigger sized apartment with a bedroom.

The manager was OK. The beds were comfortable.
