    Not a thing.

It was a perfect winter location for an extended family overnight and day visit. Great lodgings for our family of 8, 6 adults and 2 children.

Its a very little thing but with so much fresh produce in Clare, have you considered small pots of local jams, cheeses, produce instead of the single serve plastic spreads?

The staff were friendly. The venue was wonderful. We appreciated being able to wander the property.

Bathroom floor was cold! Hard to avoid given the chilly winter weather.

About 10kms from Clare. This could be a positive or negative depending on what you are after.

beautiful historic country property. We stayed in the grooms quarters which was a very comfortable 2 bedroom cottage. There are various types of accommodation. Excellent setup with mapped walks around the property. The chapel was really interesting.

The historic lodge was a lovely stay. We all enjoyed walking around the property. My 10 year old especially loved the animal feeding each morning. The station emailed me about meals that could be delivered for our arrival which were great and really convenient. The breakfast provisions were a lovely addition and we all enjoyed the bacon and eggs.

As I am a coeliac, it would have been nice to be offered a gluten free breakfast option.

On arrival we were greeted and felt immediately welcome. We were directed to our accommodation and were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at The Lodge. The accommodation was clean and spacious with an old world charm and found the kitchen well equipped. We were located right next to the friendly deer and horses who greeted us at the fence. My children spent hours stroking and watching them. Ample Breakfast provisions supplied & were ready in the fridge for our arrival. Great selection of bacon, Eggs, Cereal, Bread & jams as well as orange juice & milk. In the morning my children helped with the animal feeding and enjoyed the walk around the grounds. (We highly recommend the self guided tour and walking trail.) The Hosts were very friendly and helpful and happy to suggest places to visit etc. Thank you for a great stay. We will definitely be back for another visit.

There were no negatives but could have had a softer bed, the room was very comfortable.

It was great having a fridge with a selection of food the bacon fresh and home grown, eggs and a large milk, loaf of bread and assortment of jams etc and large orange juice so we had no worries that we would run out of food. Its was lovely and peaceful and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay, wished I had stayed longer :)

    - Short stay - Driving to Clare for dinner - prefer to have meal at the station.

Kids enjoyed running around the gardens, seeing old cars and blacksmiths. However highlight of the stay was definitely the animal feeding tour with Mark - thank you Mark for lots of fun and interesting info!!! Ship sheering is a MUST attraction at Bungaree.

The beds were far too firm, therefore little sleep. The squeaky floor in the Groom's Quarters made a quiet night time toilet trip impossible!

The peaceful location was incredible. We loved walking around the grounds at our own leisure. The breakfast was lovely, along with the delicious coffee and honey we purchased at the store. Feeding the animals was a highlight. Can't wait to visit again and try a different type of accommodation.
