Rooms are very quiet, clean and modern. Private bathroom it’s very nice and an advantage. Staff is friendly and helpful

I didn't like the hallways, it felt like walking into a council flat. I didn't like the people in the room leaving the light on until extremely late then other people having it on or opening the curtains really early in the morning. I didn't like how my room had hardly any soap in the toilets. The luggage room in your room was tiny and open, could do with lockers so you can lock your personal things away. The safe was pointless. When checking in at reception, they was more interested in letting larger groups check in first even if you was before them in the queue. Didn't like the fact you had to pay for a pool game, should be free in a hostel. They had lamps on your bed, if you get the bottom bunk, the light from the top bunk shines very brightly through to the bottom, it wasn't nice

I liked that you could store your luggage for the day until your flight. I liked having charger near your bed. The shower room was OK

Don’t know what happened. Midnight staff inside the room ask someone leave the room.( Seems not belong to her)The point is, it back and forth three or four times and never turn off the light!

the AC did not work and in fact blew out hot air- it was SO hot and i came in autumn. can’t imagine the summer. we asked someone to come fix the ac and they never did. the wifi also does not work in the rooms

When you arrive it looks more like a hotel than a hostel and for some reasons. No space to socialize, just a kind of large living room at the entrance with a pool table. no outdoor space, no yard, no rooftop. You can only go outside at the entrance of the hostel. Please note because I haven't read this anywhere before, it's a dry hostel and you obviously can't drink in the street in front either. There is just no atmosphere, so not great for socializing.

The rooms are quite big, the beds and the design is nice, some privacy with the wooden panel. Everything looks clean. Big kitchen. Some rooms are really messy it depends on the people you share the room with. Good location, really central if you want to go out in the valley.

You can clearly hear the door the brings you to the room corridor EVERY time a person open and slam it, and there are of course a lot of person coming and going in a hostel. They need to put more drawers and hangers for clothes in the rooms, there’s nothing except for bed and a bench

Position is great and you can easily walk to any places in the city center.

- no pool or bar due to renovation being done -no activities offered -not much luggage space offered -missed a space to just sit and relax- tv room etc

-The kitchen was spacious and well equipped -the toilet and shower being separate but in the room -the rooms had big windows so lots of natural light -daily cleaning of rooms and kitchen

Disappointed the pool was closed for our stay (but hear that it'll be up and running again soon).

Great location, facilities provided were well kept and clean, the Kitchen and Pantry was very impressive. Good security measures too with electronic locks on multiple doors between the rooms and the outside world.

Not much room for suitcases and bags in the room.

Love the beds, super sturdy and give privacy. Layout of the rooms were nice and great to have cubby holes and safes Kitchen and laundry facilities very clean.
