We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

AustraliaShower was quite gross and in poor condition. Rubber seal hanging off, water leaked everywhere when you showered and it just looked unpleasant. Took all night for aircon to get to temperature.

AustraliaIt is a tired looking motor inn and unassuming driving up to the reception but the clean rooms and how quiet it is compensates for it. My room had a different smell that took a bit to go away and the air conditioning was old a little noisy as they always are but it cooled the room.
Super quiet and far away from the road the room was really clean and provided all the necessities that a major chain would provide. Definitely would stay there again.

AustraliaNo table space near the microwave & fridge; horrible soap dispensers; cockroaches; no plates provided & just 2 teaspoons provided; fridge thermostat had not been turned up so the fridge wasn't really cold on arrival; the freezer compartment in the fridge was pretty iced up, reducing the available space.
This is a large motel complex with a nice reception & restaurant; the lady at reception was very friendly & welcoming. I arrived a little after 6 pm & it was nice that reception was still open. I was given my room key, a small box of UHT milk & directions to my room. The room was large, with a comfortable queen size bed & a table running along most of the length of one wall with one power point on that wall. There was a bedside lamp & spare power point next to the bed, which was handy for plugging in a phone charger. However, there was not much spare space where the microwave was located to put the kettle or toaster for example. That whole area was terribly cramped. A small table next to that area would have made life much easier. I don't know if they were doing breakfasts in the rooms, but if they were, there were no menus provided. I got some takeaway food for my dinner & was shocked to find that the only cutlery provided by the motel were a couple of teaspoons, nor were there any plates! Not a single one! As a toaster was provided I wondered what you were supposed to put your toast on & how were you expected to spread any butter without a knife? Does this motel expect you to bring your own plates & cutlery? Moree obviously has a cockroach problem as there was one dead on on the floor when I arrived, I saw one scurry around later that evening & in the morning there were 2 more dead on the floor. The bathroom was a bit of a squeeze getting round the door, & I really did not like the liquid soap & shampoo dispensers that were bolted to the wall. You had to pump them umpteen times to get anything useful from them. I would have much preferred a small cake of soap, as is the case in other motels. All in all this is a nice enough motel, but they need to provide at least some crockery & cutlery & get rid of the soap dispensers in my opinion.

AustraliaThe room decor is a little dated - but you're in Moree, not Sydney! A bottle of cold water in the fridge on arrival would have been great - it was still 36 degrees at 5pm.
Dinner at the restaurant was delicious. The room was large, the bed comfortable and the air conditioning absolutely necessary during my stay! The motel is away from highway and town traffic, very quiet, but only a few minutes drive back to the main street. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Budget accommodation, out of the way, but handy to the highway. Building is dated, but the bathroom had been renovated. The large room was very clean, bed comfortable, pillows excellent. The shower was excellent. I felt quite secure in the confines of the Motel complex. The pool was very inviting. They have a restaurant, unfortunately I did not get to check it out as I fell asleep.
