This works for those wanting a more authentic Burleigh experience. If you are looking for new, flash apartment don’t stay here. This is clean and comfortable with basics. No view.

Location is the drawcard as is willingness of management to help with all matters. The access to either beachfront at one end of property and shops across main road at the other!

We really needed a dryer considering the crazy weather we had.

The shower/bath was a bit dated and the showered was very low pressure and would water drip if the taps were not well tightened.

The owners were proactive with their communications. Had free underground parking. The rooms were nice and tidy with good amenities. Close walking distance the beach and restaurant.

we were very happy and would recommend as we had nothing not to likesuited our needs

being close to pool and beach and Burleigh district so easy to walk ,parking on site.We were visiting and had the opportunity to have our grand daughters to stay with us for the day

Having to walk up two sets of stairs - from car park and into unit with a heavy bag.

Great location and very helpful staff. New kitchen and furnishings was great. Thankfully we were moved as the fridge was not working properly and the new room was far superior for the cost.

Could’ve had more than 1 use of laundry liquid, ended up getting some from supermarket and leaving it in the cupboard. Needed more toilet paper pre-stocked in cupboards too if someone staying for 1 week :)

Balcony that got sun almost all day was amazing! When the sun was actually out, the pool got some nice sun too (some places you get excited because they have pools but it doesn’t mean the pool always gets sun). Amazing location 2 mins walk from the beach

Very noisy (not the hotel owners fault) as all digging work for the new team extension is underway. Also really bright through blinds which wasn’t ideal with a toddler but I bought a blockout blind on second day & that was much better.

Accessibility to beach, although I thought the direct path was just a straight path so took the beach buggy but there’s stairs involved so it’s easier just to walk along the roadside. Pool was lovely & apartment was very spacious & had all amenities we could require. A shirt stroll to restaurants, beach & park.

Nothing this place is fantastic

Beautiful managers who made sure I was comfortable and ok. Amazing customer service. Great location close to all Burleigh Heads has to offer. Comfortable and clean accommodation at a great price. Great pool and beautiful gardens. Walkway takes you to beach. I was staying there on my own and felt very safe. I will be back.

Loved the closeness to the beach, restaurants and cafes. The unit was situated furthest away from the highway, making it very quiet. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was clean.. Loved the area around the pool.

The apartment we stayed in was on the side of the building nearest the main road, hence sitting out on the balcony wasn’t particularly pleasant, with traffic noise. I would advise requesting an apartment away from the road. As others have said, a little dated , but not really a problem. Otherwise, all good. As we approached at the traffic lights, you can see the apartment across the highway, but have to turn left onto highway and uturn further along the road, to access the underground car park.

Location was great in that it was very close to restaurants and shops and the beach. The apartment had aircon, was very well equipped and towels and linen were of a high quality. The secure underground parking was ideal. Overall, it was good value for money.

A bit of traffic noise because of proximity to street but this didn’t affect our ability to sleep. Quiet with doors shut
