The house is showing it's age in some areas, although these did not really distract from comfort of the rest of the house. The description of the facilities the property offers was a little misleading, as not all were as described or present. e.g. The sea view advertised was a tiny glimpse, through a vacant block and past a couple of bushes. The hot tub is a spa bath. There was no outdoor dining area.

Good value for the money. Easy key collection from a lock box. The house is spacious and comfortable and had everything required for our 17 day stay. Within a few minutes walk from Beach House you can access the lovely Geographe Bay Beach and also the paved coastal walk which goes all the way into the town centre. It is only a few minutes drive to town, where there was plenty of free parking at all times. It was a great base to stay and explore the local areas of Busselton - great foreshore area, Margaret River, Dunsborough and the Cape area as well as further afield.

There is really very little to criticise, the only downside was that one of the bedside draws cluttered with random electronics, there were two vacuum cleaners in the master bedroom wardrobe which took up space.

Great location close to the beach, yet very peaceful. The house itself was spacious, ideal for relaxing. A fully equipped and functional kitchen. We were with three adults and one toddler it didn't feel crowded at all.

We only received the address on the day at 10am. This makes it difficult to organise travel especially as we were 3 couples coming from different areas.

A very comfortable, spacious and cheerful house, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Very clean, very well equipped and very well managed.

Stove was really difficult to use and temperamental, okay for a short stay but 9 days it was tough

House was comfortable, spacious and a great home base as I worked remotely during the week and the family was able to enjoy their school holidays in the southwest.

as 2 people with disabilities it would have been nice to have grab rails in the showers & toilets. It can be an advantage for the owners as their star rating could also increase, this is not a complaint just a suggestion. The ccoktop had 2 burners not working.

The location was perfect , close enough to all amenities but far enough away to enjoy quiet evenings. The home was well equpped with everything we might have needed.

We didn't like the checking in system. The key lock was jammed and I had to make two phone calls for help.

This comfortable and spacious beach house is in a quiet suburb near a beach. A car is a must for getting around.

Couches are hard to get out of as you sink into them but that didn’t bother me. Was unable to change blinds to close in evening as was asked mot to touch .

The location is perfect ! Right across from the beach and not right in town. We could watch the sunset from the front verandah. Everything was there which we needed so we didn’t have to bring any towels, bedding , crockery etc

We didn't not like the ants in the kitchen right from the beginning and then going thru the floor area in other parts of house. Also the front door key we only used once and my husband found it hard to get key out, so we only locked fly wire which was not good safety issues as he only spent two nights there, and I didn't find it safe.

The location was a bit out of town, thought it would have been closer.

The bedsheets weren't changed. The bed had just been made, they still had hair and sand in them, it was that obvious we went and bought our own bedsheets and there wasn't enough toilet paper, also the spa bath didn't work

Some dishes needed a clean before use. Sheets hadn't been changed on one bed as there was sand in them, however there was clean linen available to change. Door locks were a bit fiddly at times. Hot water system needed switching on and took a couple of hours to heat up.

Location and proximity to beach. Beautiful decorated and homely interior design, we felt right at home. Open plan spacious kitchen and living areas. Comfortable sunken lounge with large TV inc Netflix/YouTube with many large cushions to relax on modular suite. Good heating options throughout (gas and split systems) considering how cold it was outside we stayed warm. Good communication and friendly staff helped sort out some minor issues.

Unfortunately, the DVD player skipped a lot, only one burner on the stove worked and the heater didn’t work so it was very cold, but still comfortable.

The home was lovely, very comfortable and had all the things we needed to make it a memorable stay. Just as expected based on the photos.

Would have liked to arrive to a swept, tidy & cobweb less front verandah, we would have liked to be able to open the front blinds in the loungeroom and for the fridge to be level.
