The drain in the shower kept blocking. The shade sails over the pool were not installed until a few days into our stay meaning the water in the pool was very warm prior to their installation. Also the spa did not work at all.

The wifi went off a few times but overall it was good. Was hard to get any food delivered as there is only one restaurant in the area and they stopped serving food super early. You couldn't really sit out in the sun at all because it was so shaded so needed to move the lounger all the time to feel any sun on your skin but I'm assuming thats because people maybe don't want to be in direct sunlight. Holidaymakers do though so would be great it there was more access to direct sunlight. it was very far from the city.

The apartment was perfect, very spacious. It was just like having your own home while on holiday. The pool was nice and refreshing. You can get a bus on your doorstep right to cairns city centre. The staff were nice. A great thing about this place was they let you get your groceries delivered from Coles before you arrive. It was a huge relief to have the food there when I arrived after a long trip on the bus and ferry.

The only problem we had was a smell of smoke that came into the room. It was there at the start and on the weekend as well. We mentioned it to the staff and they gave us an essential oil dispenser which helped a bit, but it came back as a problem.

The apartment was as advertised. The outlook onto the pool through tropical trees was very pleasant and the pool itself was very nice to use. Going in Springtime meant it was warm but not hot, so that made for pleasant days by the pool when we weren't out doing tourist stuff. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Apartment was a bit outdated but comfortable and spacious. About 10-15mins out of Cairns. Big tv but nothing to watch, no Netflix etc.

Cute resort, great views from the spacious balcony and excellent cafe across the road, nice pool and gardens.

Having to walk 5 flights of stairs. Internet dropping in and out

Ruby was amazing, very helpful and nothing was too much trouble and very friendly. A couple of things needed sorting in our apartment and it was done immediately

Not a huge issue given the weather however after a long day canyoning we came back to no hot water. Not sure what happened there however it was back on the next morning.

Absolutely fantastic view from our huge corner apartment on the Third floor overlooking the beach. Apartment fully equipped with everything needed.

Resorts a rather grand name for a block of flats with a pool. Tumble dryer did not work but nobody around when we were to report it. Definitely needs a general spruce up

The location is good (on the beach) but also miles out of Cairns.

Coffee plunger was faulty, but that was very minor issue.

Apartment was across the road from the beach and the sounds of the waves was soothing. There was a large balcony with tables and chairs overlooking the ocean. The swimming pool looked nice.

none of the plugs fiitted the kitchen sink, the hand basin in the bathroom or the bath . So doing the washing up and having a shave became frustrating tasks . Our apartment was on the THIRD FLOOR and there was no lift . Not the ideal situation for pensioners . My wife and I are 73 & 75 respectively . The manager was quick to help us with our suitcases when made aware of our predicament .

Location was good and with your own transport it was easy to get around. Was also on the public bus transport system just no need to use it though. Places to eat nearby were close and delicious.

The bed was like sleeping on concrete .It was 2 beds pushed together so the join felt hard and uncomfortable.They need to have a comfortable mattress as it ruins your sleep.

appliances were not well maintained. couldn’t find instructions. kitchen utensils hit and miss. supermarket was not 10 mins away. needed a car to get around, not many long walks in area. only one restaurant open in evening - pizza!!!

I didn’t like the mix up with our booking into unit 6 for 2 nights, then transferred to unit 72 for the rest of our stay which was 7 nights a much better unit,,this mix up accrued when I called the Resort to make sure I had a walk in bathroom ,,as I booked 5 months pria the man assured me that I had unit 6 ., on arrival there was no booking for us to stay in unit 6 for 9 nights ! It had not been booked into the computer ! However the girl sorted it out for us and put us in unit 72 which was a much better unit !

Apartment a bit dated, needs a refurbish, but comfortable enough and the location makes up for it.

Great location. Comfortable beds. Nice place for a weekend stay. Very helpful staff.
