The whole outside needs some serious repairs and maintenance. Eg Awnings falling off, outside furniture needs replacing, bricks on the bottom of the pool to name just some issues.

the bedroom aircon mad a squeaky noise, no problem really, we used fan.

Large room/s big living, lounge entry area. large bathroom, cosy bedroom. great kitchen facilities. self contained. suitable for family of 5 which is rare in hotels. easy parking, plenty of space. pool area looked awesome, but was too cold during our stay to use. restaurants/ cafes short drive away.

The room could have been cleaner. The TV needed to have been able to be turned so it was better able to be viewed depending on whether watching from the bed or the lounge. Also, no mat at the front door, so when it rained, leaves etc were carried inside.

We had the room close to the footpath which was very convenient. Good sized room with a sofabed which was comfortable to sit on. We were glad to have a ground floor room & didn't have to climb the stairs. Bed was very comfortable & staff were helpful.

Firstly, there is NO LIFT and we had to carry our bags up 3 floors to our room. This was not mentioned in the brochure and we are an old couple with back problems. There was NO blanket for the 2nd bed, and could not reach any staff on the phone at 4.45pm or later. The tap over basin wasn't attached to basin at all and the shower could NOT be turned off fully which left fast dripping water and a flooded bathroom floor for the duration of our visit.....We had to leave bath towels on the floor to try and soak up the water that completely covered the whole floor to the toilet. When checking out the next morning, I mentioned these things to the Receptionist who just shrugged her shoulders and said "sorry, we were gone home by then and maintenance aren't coming until tomorrow. " There was NO empathy at all and certainly showed a COULDN'T CARE LESS ATTITUDE"! After speaking with 4 other people who were checking out at the same time as us, they had EXACTLY the Same problem in their rooms with the loose tap over the sink and leaking shower tap and only one blanket... Both these couples had also reported these problems to the Receptionist the day BEFORE, but nothing was done. The wasted water must have caused extensive damage to the rooms and added to the cost of a massive water bill. Totally unacceptable behaviour by the Receptionist who obviously has an attitude problem which needs to be addressed if you want to keep tourists coming back. The one night I spent there, I had to sleep in a cold bed with only a sheet for warmth as my friend had the only blanket on her bed... Not HAPPY!

The site was advertised with a bar and restaurant on site. This is not the case - closed. This was an inconvenience to us because we chose those facilities so a friend we knew was in Cairns at the time could meet us on site. Disappointing these facilities were not available.

Location good. Room was adequate for our needs and what we expected. Gave us everything we needed. Pretty good.

I was looking forward to a nice coffee ☕️ But there wasn't any milk Only 2 glasses in the fridge No water either Girl had finished at reception before I realised.

I loved the location it was just around the corner from my appointment. The bed was very comfy The room was very clean.

Rooms very basic. Old looking , curtains barely fit windows and need a clean. No blankets on beds. Only sheets

It was between the ship's wharf and the airport, so location was good. Staff were very accommodating. A/C worked well

Unfortunately we had no electricity after hours but a quick phone call to the after hours staff and they sent maintenance around within 10minutes, he changed the fuse and we were back in business. I was impressed at how fast the situation was resolved.

The staff were brilliant, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable.

The cleaners were busy when we arrived but we found two cigarette butts. One under occasional bech in lounge area and the other in a kitchen cupboard. Going into bathroom was a slope to navigate with no hand rails and only one towel rack. No soap dish in shower to hold items when showering. There was no restaurant open, probably because of lack of staff.

Was a ground floor apartment which I asked for. Access was fine with good off street parking. Appartment was large.

Lots of small cockroaches crawling and climbing everywhere. I was there for 4 nights, no room service or at least have a broom in the room to allow me to sweep the floor.

Great location. Close proximity to cairns central, aquarium, esplanade, and bus stops. Clear instruction was given for my convenience to access my room upon late arrival. Clean specious room. Comfortable bed.

It was very unclean.. no blankets were provided. The cleaning lady wasn't very friendly when asked for blankets... Their was a pile of dirty sheets opposite our room for a whole day and night.. Was looking forward to eating at their restaurant and cocktail bar as it was advertised but it actually had closed down so we couldn't.. The shower flooded the bathroom floor every time used and water was everywhere so had to use the towel provided to soak it up..

I loved the location the pool looked great and the young lady at reception was lovely..

No face cloths. Nowhere to wash cups. Microwave provided but no plates or cutlery to use. Cane dining chairs are very dirty.

Could not turn air conditioning off when we got too cold and there were no blankets at all in cupboards to counter act on the cold. Also no milk was supplied for the complimentary tea or coffee.
