Parking space was partially blocked by large 4wd ute parked in #47. They could have parked closer to the back of their space. Inconsiderate. Was obvious our car would find it extremely difficult to reverse out. We had to leave early and no time to contact them.Stressful. Cockroaches and some ants in kitchen and ensuite but found insect spray in laundry to use. Aircon was very noisy.

Location, spacious, security, and comfortable apartment. Fantastic view and Netflix. Easy check in instructions. Much appreciated for earlier check in allowed.

Had to use the bug spray on arrival to get rid of some creepy crawly friends (cockroaches I think) - was ok after that and seemed to do the job. Bit of a random dropping off of a box by the apartment owner on the penultimate day whilst we were out too

Couch in living room not very comfortable. No place to store bags on check out could have been problematic as had a late afternoon flight.

Location excellent. Nice sea views. Kitchen had all modern conveniences. Fans and AC in bedrooms good. Host easily contactable and helpful.

Very noisy aircon in main room ( kept us up at night) & second bedroom air con a very old window system, both units need updating as do not reflect quality of location and price. Small uncomfortable double bed in master was disappointing, as was no black tea provided and washing clothes rack unusable as rusted.

Location right in the action of Cairns Esplanade with a breathtaking view of the ocean. Apartment great size for a family if 4. Overall clean and well maintained for an older apartment with update Kitchen and bathrooms.

two fobs needed for easier arrangements when more than one person staying. we moved single beds together for toddler to sleep safely with parent, lots of dust and hair under the bed! Safety stickers on glass sliding doors should be applied for toddlers /children not to walk into.

It would be nice to see a new lounge suit here, chairs to relax in aren’t comfortable, they do have some aside saying not to sit on so maybe that’s happening soon. maybe upgrade the Beach towels😉

Main problem was three seater lounge in living area. Two seater ok. The two single chairs were on a swivel base and were very unsteady. Twice two of us nearly tipped out (we are all adults and not kids playing). So consequently we could not use them. The owner informed us the day we arrived that they were unstable! So we had to use hard dining chairs to sit and watch tv. Also only 1 bath towel per person and no bath mats (a problem as the shower in the main room leaked water out).We expected linen to be serviced at end of first week (our mistake). Spoke to the owner and told we had to wash our own bed linen and towels. He then did provide change of sheets.

The only thing I could pick on is more crockery and extras such as salad bowls. It did get noisy at night sometimes but for being right in the Centre explains that.

The view was just perfect. Comfortable beds. Close to everything. You can walk to everything in town and what you cant, the tour buses pick you up. 2 swimming pools and so close to Community pool.

Some furniture, and pillows were old and outdated and could possibly use an update. In particular, the master bedroom needed a new mattress as it was sagging. I believe a firmer mattress would last longer.

Location is amazing and can't be beat! Mere steps to the esplanade and lagoon (a man made wading pool). Sun rise right outside the bay windows! Apartment is well equipped and comfortable for a family of 4.

Upon stepping into the apartment, you can really tell why it's not so highly rated. Everything is a little bit old and worn. The lift is quite annoying because it requires you to scan your key each time and there wasn't any way to buzz someone in, which is fine if you're on your own, and but with 4 of us it meant we had to coordinate between ourselves and often had to send someone downstairs to pickup someone who went outside. To be honest, if this place was half the price I'd probably give it a 9, but at the current price it's bad value for money.

The location of the apartment is fantastic, and it has a great view over the ocean. The host was really nice, and even came over to bring us an extra key.

although it is an apartment it didn’t have simple things like coffee or tea. no glad wrap etc. flying from interstate you don’t expect to bring these with you. furniture and apartment very dated

Apartment needs some TLC. Decor is very dated. Towels and lounge furniture need replacing as very well used. One recliner chair is dangerous and obviously broken.

Large sized apartment and perfect oceanfront location. Has all appliances you need and a good sized pool.

Main shower poor pressure, single beds very hard. Couldn't log on to WiFi. Complex pools very dated, in need of work (clean but very old).

Great location, unit exceptionally clean. Main bed very comfortable ensuite shower excellent.
