Staff were extremely obliging and the apartment was very clean. Stayed in apartment 304 and 305 (adjoining apartments). Air con in 305 ran hot the entire stay even though we tried to adjust the temperature. Note in the bedroom of apartment 304 there is a wide concrete pillar running up the side of the building which blocks 90% of the view of the harbour/marina from the bedroom. The verandah is very narrow. Pool and BBQ very clean. Location excellent.

The shower head moved around and was annoying

Location was perfect , walking distance to everything we needed We did both eat out and had some food in the room although the apartment didn’t have a kitchen or much space to cook, it did at least have a microwave and toaster and kettle . We had been doing some camping so this was more comfort than that Jo, at the info centre was very helpful friendly and professional with checking us into the apartment especially with where to park our 4wd

Nothing really....it was a wonderful stay. Thank you, genuinely! I couldn't add the wonderful photos to show you just how good it was.

Location was absolutely perfect. Not too noisy but right amongst the energy of the Peir district. Bed was very comfortable. Pillows were a bit hard. A/C was perfect. Window furnishings were perfect. Loved the microwave, fully stocked tea/coffee, utensils, and crockery. It was missing a salad bowl. The bathroom was great size with all the necessities, except no hook to hang the towel when you have your shower (closer to the shower). Thank you for the drying rack and iron. The room and its amenities had been thoughtfully provided. I travel a lot for work, and this was one of the nicest, most homely, and cleanest apartments I have stayed in this year. The desk against the wall does not take advantage of the glorious view out the big doors. I had a play and found something that worked a little better, but I will leave that with you. The pool and gym on level 4 were amazing! I very much look forward to bringing my family back next year and staying again....yes, I would stay again!

It’s on the 2nd floor, so just above a (relatively quiet) road. Some road noise, but not constant. The garden view is underwhelming. Could have a folder with utensil and services instructions (e.g. electric stove, location of garbage drop-offs). These are small issues…..we would absolutely stay again.

Excellent fittings, large living space, hugely comfortable. Great location, near the river restaurants/bars and only a short walk into the city. Staff really helpful and flexible in terms of key pick-ups, check-in and check-out.

Maybe cleaning every 4 days vs 5, also no recycling bin and had to evacuate at 2.15am on last night due to sensitive smoke alarm (maybe consider changing to ensure not as sensitive?).

Property was very clean and with a great view of the water. The cleaners came and made our bed, did our dishes and even cleaned up a smashed spray bottle off the floor.
