The lady who checked us in could have been a bit friendlier- I'm all for good customer service especially when you're all hyped up excited for your get away and you're not even met with a smile or a hello how are you. The lady who checked us out a younger girl was much more friendly she was smiles and conversation! The rooms were a bit old and banged up in some areas but nothing that warrants a bad review maybe an update could be used in the next few years. The couch could do with an update and the single chair - both super uncomfortable The heater was definitely made to be up high on the wall as the fan only blows directly down and because it's on the floor it basically didn't even begin to warm the room- that's when it worked...most of the time it blew out cold air then would go hot for a minute and go back The wifi was good for 90% of the stay but the second night nothing would load or connect so we couldn't watch our show with the kids befire bed that was a bummer

Not much not to like that can be put down to the hotel. My apartment was on the south western corner, so the trains going across the bridge were loud, but hey.

Overall good, clean, comfortable apartment. Close to Southern Cross Station, Docklands Stadium, plenty of trams, Crown (if that’s your thing), couple of great cafes on the same block and eateries. The shower is large and the water has good pressure out of the large shower head. The bed is cloud like. Brief interaction with staff who were friendly. The gym is basic, but has what you need. Pretty good value for money, particularly if you book early.

If I had to nitpick, the bed was a little too soft for my liking. The placement of the toilet roll holder. Had to be a contortionist to use it from where it was placed.

Great location, a short walk from Southern Cross Station (Sky Bus). Clean and descent size rooms. Has all the amenities in the room that you need (ie. full size fridge, washing machine and dryer, cooker and microwave). Plenty of restaurants and small marts close by.

Bathroom in need of renovation. They should also provide a broom since they don’t clean the room everyday and the floor gets dirty easily. One of the bedsheets also had dirt on it.

It was compact and I would change the roller blinds: they did not work very well.

The location is fabulous because it is right across from the tram and it is just a few blocks from Flinders Street station and not that far from Spencer Street Station. The man at reception was fantastic and we had no problems at all with the accommodation. It was clean and tidy. Traffic was a bit noisy.

Noise from nearby train tracks for 20 hours per day was unexpected and very intrusive. For that reason we would not stay again.

Loved the location. Legit 7 secs walk to trams. Noise didn't bother us as we lived in noises places. Housekeepers were friendly and replenished our stuff as requested.

It wasn't a major issue for me but anyone who is a light sleeper might want to avoid the rooms facing onto Flinders St. as it's a very busy area for traffic and Trains.
