It can get noisy when people talking outside, somehow we can still hear the noise even we’re on level 7 and inside room.

The unit itself is very well organized, owner really care about small details.

Complicated after hour check in, difficult to park in the underground in a larger car (but managed to park on the outside parking lot without an issue which is free over the weekend).

Everything was good

Neat and tidy apartment. Very quiet building. Easy to access. Great location for exploring central Canberra and visiting the main buildings/exhibitions etc. Plenty of eateries nearby. Buses within 5 mins walk.

There was a little noise coming from the customers coming from some of the restaurants nearby but it did not last very long. The temperature in the foyer was very warm most of the time.

The location was very convenient - close to shops, public transport and restaurants. The apartment was very well set up. Host Wendy handled communications very well and was exceptional in coming to my rescue when I locked the keys in the room accidentally.

Would have liked there to have been 4 glasses and cutlery also for 4 so we could have had a guest for dinner.

Great instructions with photos made finding the car park beneath the building and obtaining the keys much easier. Enjoyed the location, comfortable bed and lovely balcony.

Beautiful light filled apartment with everything you need for a most comfortable stay. Balcony with view of the hill. Fully equipped kitchen including condiments. Quality bathroom products provided. Very secure building and parking. The location is excellent - walking distance to the Lake, galleries and theatres. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Great fruit and food shop nearby. Wish I could have stayed longer.

Wendy’s apartment is pretty for you to explore the city. The best location in civic, close to the mall, coach station… And the apartment is extremely cozy and clean, feel like I’m back home. And Wendy is the best host ever I met, very friendly and prepared for everything perfect. The guide she prepared is very helpful. I will definitely choose this apartment again if I would visit Canberra next time. Just hope I could stay here for longer.

I wanted to have a cup of tea at night, and the only options I could find were many different varieties of herbal tea, but no black tea. I'm assuming they had been used up? I ended up having a herbal tea which was different for me, but nice.

Location was central to Canberra city and there are a lot of nice restaurants and cafes within a 5 minute walking distance. Property was clean and tidy. Bed was reasonably comfortable. Bathroom was modern, clean, and the water pressure was quality. Happy to stay here again.

The main entrance door was out of order (a revolving door), and there was no concierge, so we couldn't get into the building easily to retrieve the keys. Luckily, someone else was heading in when we arrived with a swipe card and after explaining the situation, they let us in with them.

The place is really conveniently located for good cafes and restaurants. It's also very modern and quiet.
