Kitchen scourer was under the vanity in the bathroom, by day three it was still there. Despite that the rest of the apartment was very clean.

Very friendly and very helpful front desk clerks. Cosy snug apartment and tucked away from the traffic.

- bedside table light didn’t work - stains on the blinds - blood stains on the sheet! :/ - got told we were upgrading, room didn’t seem any better at all. Very different to what we were expecting. Not as nice. - Lobby smelt of marijuana

The room size was really tiny. I feel like there needs to be a disclaimer on how cramped the room will be. I think for the money it was fine, but I was surprised how small it was. That was only such a minor gripe on my part but otherwise the apartment was perfect!

The bed and the pillows were divine. The apartment including the bathroom was so clean. The apartment smelled fresh!!

We booked late check out the afternoon before, but were still persistently woken up at 10 and 11am by a phone call and a staff member banging on our door. With no apology either. Also had to request a bed to be set up even after pre-booking for three people.

I was missing my tv remote in my room, easily resolved with a phone call to reception. Steam room was unserviceable , shame as I was looking forward to it.

The room was quite small and has no view at all (well, a tiny window with a view of a construction site). Parking was expensive so we shopped around and opted to park in an underground carpark nearby for half the price that Capri charges for parking.

Easy access to where our event was. Clean and nice staff. The make- up mirror at the desk was great for making it easy to get ready to go out. The bed was comfortable and the process was reasonable compared to many other nearby hotels.

Doors are thin and let all the noise in from the corridor. I was in a disabled/accessibility room for one night. But as a non physically disabled person, the room/bathroom set up isn't something I can assess.

Good location, with easy access to buses. Comfortable bed. Large room with good storage options. Little kitchen area which would be handy on a longer stay.

Staff were great, very friendly and helpful. The room and bed were very comfortable and the location was very convenient. We will certainly rebook again when back in Brisbane
