Very good value for money. The staff are very friendly and always smiling. They always go above and beyond to help with any questions. Especially Niva the Manager. The added bonus of having food included for breakfast and dinner is great and really helps with budgeting.

The property is very clean, stylish new and modern. You can actually have a good time while staying in there. You meet people from around the world.

The drawers under the bed for storing bags and clothes always stuck to the bed or the drawers next to it and made a very loud sound which was especially anoying during the night.

Very friendly staff, everything is clean and the incuded dinner was very nice. Also the location is nice and the common areas are very lovely.

The best hostel I had been to till now. I’m a solo traveller and a content creator. I can surely tell me that you’ll definitely enjoy your stay in this hostel. The staff is very good and co-operative. The food was really good. Cleanliness is their priority and they always behaved very well with the guest and always there to help.

I never saw an hostel with such bed arrangement. Basically all beds are in the same room so there’s a lot of activity back and forth the room at all times. Even if there is a “24h quite time” rule there are a lot of noises so if you are a light sleeper like I am it’s not a plus. Some people respect the no chatting/ no calling rule in the bedroom area some aren’t. If you travel with one person though there are also two beds private rooms which it would have been more quite probably but I was travelling alone. Because the premise is so new I think they can still improve with small expedients like more hangers in the bathroom or a shelf inside the capsule bed (I didn’t know were to rest my glasses or my phone during the night). I don’t know why in most of the bathroom/ shower doors the locks were missing.

The hostel is brand new. Very much organised with nice amenities. The sheets were clean and also the bathrooms were cleaned daily. Breakfast and dinner included which is much appreciated. All the people of staff are amazing: helpful and kind. Kitchen and common areas very nice. I didn’t cook at all so I can’t tell if you can find all tools you need but everything looks very tidy and neat in the kitchen. There are lockers with plugs in it where you can put your valuables. (Actually it would have been better to have it near or inside the capsule bed.) Easy to travel from the hostel up and down to all Gold Coast. Buses and tram a few minutes from the door. To travel on buses you need the special Gocard while on trams you can easily tap with your Credit card.

Would have preferred other bread options, but that was a minor inconvenience

Simple breakfast and dinner options were very convenient, happy to have that option. Loved the private sleeping arrangements, beautiful showers and the strict policy on quiet sleeping areas. Niva clearly ran a tight ship and I loved that!

This is the best dormitory I've ever stayed in. Everything is new and clean, the food is delicious, the staff are very kind, and it's spacious and comfortable. I'd love to stay here again. Highly recommended.

I did not dislike anything, only things I had to say as it is a new place which I’m pretty sure they are implementing soon anyway is plug sockets out the back chill area and a couple of laundry machines

The concept was new to me and I absolutely loved it, the place is soo clean and ran impeccably well, breakfast and dinner are great (a nice social time) and the bedroom is very quiet which is a major plus.. I’ve travelled for 15 years and have never seen anything ran like this! Great experience!

The staff were great and went out of there way to help you and it was the cleanest backers ive every stay in that bath room was so clean when i looked at the toilet or the Basin it burnt my eye retinas. Gives a new meaning to shiny. The location was great 100 metres to Woolworths and a big shopping centre with everything you need like optus and vodafone. Fast food like Macca's KFC and kebabs and much more in the way of shops.

Very clean and quiet accommodation, the staff were kind, friendly, helpful and respectful, a good location with stores, supermarkets, restaurants and cafés nearby and 2 minutes from public transport

The rooms were quite cold during the night, needed an extra blanket but asked for it on the second day and everything was great after that.

The service was amazing, the reception ladies Navi & Niva were so wonderful. Very helpful & welcoming. Very good value for money

The space to put the luggage is not too big but they have a cabinet for each bed so it's not too bad. It would be great to add some power plugs in the common areas

Everything's brand new, well maintained, clean and tidy. Staff were amazing and the hostel provides free meals including breakfast and dinner. The location is nearby the tram and the australian fair so it's really well located

New, good facilities, big and spacious kitchen. Liked the location- just by a shopping Centre, park and tram stop. Comfortable beds. Ok breakfast with bread and cereal. Great dinners.

New hostel very well thought out in its design, large and clean kitchen, large and comfortable common spaces, the staff has been very friendly at all times, you can see that they make an effort to ensure that you have a good experience because they offer solutions to any problem you have, good number of bathrooms and kitchen, I enjoyed the dinners that were cooked by the staff, you have supermarkets, shopping centers and office works nearby, ideal to arrive and manage all the procedures, 100% recommended
