Carport for Unit 33 was very very tight (as evidenced by the wood removed from pole by a previous guest). OK for my small car but we would not have managed to get my husband's SUV into that space.

We were on the ground floor unit, as soon as someone moved in upstairs, we could hear their movements quite loud. Unlucky for us, they were up till morning. The car port is not easy to get in and out of. The posts prevent us from opening the car doors. So we have to get the passengers out before parking.

The windows looked straight into other apartment so didn't feel very private. The car parking was very tight and quite a walk from our apartment. It was a long walk into town.

No wifi signal for either of us in the apartment, only in the carpark. Not enough crockery - 4 settings only for a 2BR apartment.

Comfortable beds, spacious apartment, excellent bathroom and fittings. Good communication from owners. Lovely to have a washing machine.

The parking space was tight, even for a smallish car. The positioning of the windows meant I had to keep the blinds down all of the time to maintain privacy.

Couldn’t park a Mazda Cx 5 in the space ( was told to park on a grass area). Could hear foot steps from above. Couldn’t get in, and had to make a phone call. ( someone was there in 2 mins)

It was clean and quiet and a short drive to town. The place was reasonably priced considering the other rental prices in the area, the self check in was easy with the hosts texting everything needed prior to arrival. Very comfortable and pleasant stay

The squeaky couch every movement it squeaks and not comfy for back/neck. The upstairs apartment above us you could hear the people moving around like they were coming through our roof. Not soundproofed and squeaked when they walked. Not really relaxing at 7.30am.

The apartment was fabulous well appointed and in a great location. Would have booked on the waterfront when seeing the layout, we were behind apartments on the canal

Sadly, the soundproofing is not the best so we could hear every step and sound from the people in the upstairs apartment. This included the spa bath that was used late into the night. Managers plan to put up signs to limit use later in the evening. They were responsive to the complaint.

Excellent location, fully equipped luxury apartment with very comfortable King Size bed, great walk in shower. Nespresso machine. Nice indoor pool on site. Easy access to waterfront. Easy walk to shops, cafes and supermarket. Lovely, but not quiet if there are people staying upstairs (refer below). On site Managers are very responsive and pleasant to deal with.

The apartment was very clean and modern and had all that we needed. The beds were also very comfortable. The location was very convenient to allow us to walk around the town and drive to visit friends and cafes nearby.

Additional towel rail in the bathroom would be very handy Main lounge squeaked very badly but was comfortable.
