There was a bit of noise from other guests who were leaving in the morning and coming back later at night, but not the fault of the hotel.

The room was really well equipped, and it was warm on a bit of a drizzly day. It was clean and comfortable, unfortunate that we were only staying one night! We will definitely stay here if we travel through Wagga Wagga again. It was also close to town which made it easy to find somewhere for dinner.

No dining table and only one chair apart from the lounge. This is no big deal but it would have been nice to sit at a table rather than the lounge

Very friendly polite staff, We had a large room, it was very clean with a comfortable bed, and a modern bathroom. and a lounge area. The complimentary breakfast pack was simple just cereal, fruit and juice, but a nice touch.. The motel is good VFM in a good location close to CBD. We would definitely stay here again.

The shower was abysmal, scorching hot or too cold and the water just trickled out.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the selection of pillows was nice. The supplied continental breakfast was appreciated. Location is great, short walk to the Main Street and close to sporting complexes.

Great place with excellent, spacious rooms which were very clean and comfortable. The apartments are in a really good location. There is nothing not to like about Carlyle Apartments. Friendly reception staff and the ability to custom choose your pillow of choice is a really great touch.

I should have asked for the ground floor, it was hard getting the luggage upstairs as there is no elevators

The property was in the perfect position, walking distance to shops and restaurants. The room was beautifully decorated and large… and there was a small bath. The bed was extremely comfortable and big. The staff very friendly and helpful

I wasn’t able to get the air conditioner to heat up late last night but was able to add a blanket to the bed so it wasn’t a problem.

I booked the property 12 months ago to stay during the regional academy games - it looked nice last year when I drove by - so I booked it and it was the best decision ever. Jack was so lovely when I checked in, the parking was perfect, the room was lovely, it was clean and light. Bed super comfortable, loved the little breakfast provided & tea and coffee. Bathroom clean. Staff lovely.

If I was to nitpick it would have to be the air con started dripping at 4am on the carpet. So I had to turn it off and mop up what I could and put the bin under the drip. That morning I went to reception it was unattended so I left a message asking for a call back which didn’t come and I then had to go back into reception when we returned in the evening to see what was happening with it. The lady was pleasant but didn’t apologise but they did have someone out to look at it and it didn’t drip that evening so that was great.

I booked the Carlyle because is was one of the cheaper options in Wagga but we were very pleasantly surprised when we pulled up how lovely it looked. Upon opening the door to the room, we were again surprised it was modern, clean and a great size. My son had a shower and when I wiped up the drips of water on the floor the white towel didn’t have a mark on it. The place was very clean!
