pillow protectors were like cellophane. mouse or bird droppings on upstairs bed. booking said 2 rooms but is actually a loft with railing above main room so no walls separating.

I arrived at night and finding the accommodation was tricky

I was running late without signal and staff contacted me to check. the air con was on and the room was cool on arrival (38*day).

Shower had a crack in the pipe that needed a towel around it so it would not spray everywhere. Mould in shower, beds used upstair and not made or changed. sand on the doona cover of beds, mattress on double bed so soft that sit on bed and nearly touch the floor. Kettle needs to be cleaned out

bathroom shower had large amount of hair in drain 🤢 top loft beds had no top sheet only scratchy old blanket. noisy fan and air conditioning was old and not efficient. lots of dead and alive crawling insects/bugs/ants in the room as sliding door isn’t sealed around join to brickwork

easy to find, lots of parking area, safe and secure, lovely lady who check us in. room was spacious enough and was well stocked with kitchen needs. beds reasonably comfortable as was pillows.

smelled, glassware not clean, aircon not very good, ceiling fan broken, kitchen light broken, exhaust fans not working, shower leaks a lot of water into the main floor area of bathroom.

was expensive for only two staying there. our door wouldn’t lock so we had to change from going out to dinner to sending hubby out for takeaway and me staying in cabin.

was pet friendly and the only caravan park that I could get a unit for that night.

Broken soap dish in shower with sharp edges. Shower curtain didnt stop water from shower pouring out onto bathroom floor.

Very welcoming and informative staff on arrival. Spacious self contained unit, comfortable bed, good sized fridge. Ample parking for car and trailer. Only a few minutes drive to town centre.

The aircon unit was extremely loud; we couldn't sleep with it on. It even made irregular high-pitched screeches that went on for a full minute. The towels were very thin, small and old.

It was clean and had everything we needed for a one night stay.

Seats out the front very dirty , I had to clean them before I sat down. Toaster full of burnt crumbs spilling all over the cupboard where it is kept. A big dead cockroach meant the floor had not been swept properly ...and felt a bit gritty .

Just like to see the gardens a little better but realize that is a lot of work and water. The 'Garden view' was NOT.

Very limited power points to charge mobiles and devices. One of the power points were behind the Queen bed so made it hard to access. The floor in the bathroom is very slippery when wet

I liked the upstairs loft, it suited as we were babysitting for 3 children and they loved it up there!

The pool even though advertised was green and not in action. The kitchen could have used some more utensils/cooking tools. The apartment didn't have a plug so was using a glass to keep the sink full when washing dishes. Also was no chopping boards or a drying rack to put dishes in after washed. An oven or even an air fryer would of been nice to have in room.

Location was nice with things being in a close driving distance, the room were a good size for as we only had 3 people and wereonly really spending breakfast, dinner and bed time in the room. The other people staying in the area were nice and majority of the people were considerate of others. The staff at the counter were nice and willing to help, they explained how to get in and out after main gate was shut.

Smelt a bit funky. See through curtains. Kitchen curtains too short letting street light through. Didn’t feel too clean. Glad I brought own pillow.

Poorly equipped unit. Limited crockery - two dinner plates and three side plates, one wine glass (plastic), no cooktop, no sharp knife. For a unit that was for five of us there was a tiny bar fridge. shower flooded the bathroom floor. Front sliding door didn't slide.

There were no redeeming features. It was advertised as pet friendly, but that has changed, so we would not recommend it or return.

The ceiling fan did not work and the the wall airconditioner was very noisy. We did not bother use the aircond.

Lots of maintenance needed. Overhead fan and exhaust fan in bathroom didn’t work. Outside light kept going on and off all day and night. Needs more power points in kitchen. Only two for fridge microwave kettle and toaster. Outside table and chairs were dirty. Curtains weren’t adequate. Sort on cutlery and crockery considering it sleeps 6.

The park was spacious and not cramped. The unit was a good size and the bathroom was good.
