Everything! A spacious, bright, comfortable, large home that offered everything we needed for our short stay. There was even a small 'gallery' room of WA ceramics and paintings to admire and buy. From the access to the home from the garage to the gorgeous little outdoor seating area equipped with BBQ, pizza oven and shade blinds, this house was set up for holiday comforts. This home was impeccable on arrival, it was so clean! Carolyn kept up-to-date detailed, correspondence to ensure our arrival was seamless and the guest booklet gave more information to ensure we could be independent and comfortable. The entrance instructions were clear and given in advance and we were very happy to have the independence to use the lockbox for arrival and departure. Carolyn also provided milk and a very thoughtful chocolate gift on arrival; amazing! Thank you! I also have to mention the little things that were provided to help make a holiday perfect; plenty of coat hangers, tissues, a full-length mirror, quality hairdryers, choice of coffee machine or espresso percolator, face flannels, liquid soap, cold drinking water from the fridge and an ice maker - I could keep listing but I think it is obvious that Carolyn has put a lot of thought into gathering everything for her guests. We travelled here for a wedding with our two adult children; the home provided all of the essentials and more to meet our needs. We hope to stay here again when we visit for a longer period of time. The hot water wasn't as warm in the bathroom as it was in the ensuite. We could have had a few extra towels to use,.Although there was a heated towel rail in the ensuite, it really wasn't large enough to use, unlike the one in the bathroom. The master bedroom could do with a lock on the door for privacy reasons and the mattress could have been firmer,but that;s my personal choice.

The home was very clean, it was close to the beach and also central to the shops and the town. We know Bussleton well having stayed there numerous times but none of our apartments or units were as big as the home. Having two TVs and another sitting room was ideal.

The house boasts an almost new appearance, which immediately provided a sense of freshness and cleanliness upon our arrival. The modern decor and well-maintained interior added to the overall charm of the property. Additionally, the location was fantastic, being conveniently situated near the jetty, beach and shopping facilities.

What is there not to like?

We liked the entire property, which also has an attached garage with remote door and internal access. The interior of the house was immaculate, spotlessly clean, with all the facilities and accessories required for a most comfortable stay. We loved it and would definitely go again.

The security gate at front was difficult to access and lock. The keys in lock box did not contain the roller door remote to garage so we had to negotiate the front gate. Once inside found roller key and continues to access house and outside from garage. Maybe a few too many ornaments if staying with children. House very cold and would request owner to have air conditioning on if guests arriving in late afternoon.

Would have been great to have a few little condiments, I know with tomato sauces etc it can be a bit of a germ collector but even the little disposable sachets or something would have been nice as its never something you remember to pack for a trip haha! And maybe some more wine glasses?Apart from those tiny comments there was nothing to complain about.

House was impeccably clean, very impressed with the neatness and presentation plus supply of all the necessities. Great location, loved being able to walk less than 5 minutes to the beach for a swim and of course to watch the beautiful sunsets!
