When asked about it was told you have to connect outside but will lose connection when you go back in. Not good enough for luxury, especially in a regional area where mobile service (depending on your provider) is non-existent. Also, no coffee cups or spoons despite being provided with all the fixings to make one. Had to go chasing those up.
The novelty of the luxury suite being an old church building. Proximity to town was great - nice walk in for breakfast. Close to what Castlemaine has to offer.

The king suite was in the original 1850's school building. Very roomy with full size fridge and kitchen. It was clean and close to the main town.

I received a phone call in the afternoon to ask when I was expected to arrive and told me where they would leave the key. I wanted to pay as I was leaving early in the morning and that was available.

Then get charged $20, no matter what was ordered…….it was just odd to write on a piece of paper, then be charged the same for one egg, or 2 eggs bacon and mushrooms

Location, near to foodaries. Easy anough to find. Room was large, spa bath was available (did not use). Room facilities.

Australia1 review“I expected better for what we paid & have had better service from 3 star motels.”The carpet had lots of stains which badly need attention. Also our room was not serviced at all during our stay including bins not being emptied, coffee, sugar & milk not replenished. There was only 1 dinner plate should have at least 2 dinner plates. Also a tea towel & detergent would be good for cleaning the coffee mugs, cutlery ect.
The room was okay, & the tub chairs made it comfortable for sitting in. it was in good location being on the main street which was very convenient. They also had a continental breakfast option available.
