The doona was too hot. It would be good to have spare sheets in cupboard to use without doona.

The location was central to the river and botanic gardens. Very easy to catch free bus to city or walk to the river. The hosts replied quickly to any queries.

Downside first.. There was a cpl of marks on the wall where it hadn't been cleaned very well. A little dirty on ceiling fans. Stood on the carpet tracks a cpl of times where the carpet joining the tiled area has frayed. Although there were 4 adults staying, the couch could squeeze 3 ppl at a push, so the 4th person had to get a chair from the dining area. Only 2 chairs at the dining table (which I understand as it limited space) The biggest issue was being asked to leave a 5* review to receive 10% off the next stay. I feel that you are rewarding people to lie to save money. Yes, some ppl may think it is worthy of 5*. I thought 4-4.5 is honest, but I would also deduct a star for this rewarding tactic. I probably would have stayed again, but I guess I'm not getting a discount for being honest. Only if you say it is perfect (which I personally feel it isn't) will you be rewarded.

I expected to be able to drop off my luggage prior to the check-in. I arrived in Brisbane at 10 am and it was a long time till check-in. Obviously I needed to leave my luggage in a secure place and use my time till check-in... They didn't accept my luggage even half an hour earlier !!!! It was so frustrating,

It was really clean and spotless, Lucas was responsive and very polite. It's located in a convenient place . The pool and gym facility is really misleading as the access is not easy .. you need to leave the building and take another lift.

Mouldy smell in the bathroom. A flat sheet on the bed or light weight coverings would have been good as just the doona was either too hot or too cold. No where to leave our luggage after check out so we wasted our last day in Brisbane a bit.

Space was perfect, location close to the botanical gardens.

- Could have been a bit cleaner. - Didn’t realise it was an airbnb type booking rather than hotel (we’ve stayed at the skytower before and it was through the hotel, so assumed this was the same). - Only provided with one keycard initially which was annoying as we had a friend staying for two nights (two bedroom apartment). We had to arrange for a second keycard. Staff were very helpful and managed to get one for the next day. - No rubbish facilities to drop rubbish to. We were instructed to take our trash to the bins on the street which I didn’t feel comfortable with as didn’t want people to think we were dumping our rubbish, so we left it for the owners to sort for us. - Had to ask owners for wifi info. - Only two rolls of toilet paper for a 6 night stay for two-three people. We ended up having to buy toilet paper. - Towels were in need of replacing and no facecloths provided.

Only thing I can say that needed improving was the ironing board. It was difficult to get my shirt and trousers looking crisp on it.

Location was great and the comfort in the apartment was also really good. We only stayed one night, did not need the kitchen. The shampoo, soap etc that was available was great.

Colleacting the Keys is the first step: It sounded tricky first, but with the clear instructions sent from our wonderful Host, Emma, it was very easy to comprehend. The view is wonderful and the location is very convenient. You are only steps away from CBD area with out the noise of the inner city. The two bedroom apartment is equipped with everything a small family like us need during our stay. We look forward for futture travel/holiday to book at same place if we are lucky.
