The gas BBQ on balcony seems working, but the previous guests probably didn't clean it up well resulting in heavy smoke during preheat, so we didn't get to use it.

Situated quite centrally in Darwin City. It's a short walk to supermarkets, Crocosaurus Cove etc. It has a view to sea towards the northwest over the golf course from the balcony. Spacious living dining area and balcony. Room size is okay. Kitchen has cooking essentials, various pots and pans, bowls plates and utensils. Oven and stovetop. The dishwasher works, dishwasher capsules supplied. Washer and dryer were helpful, detergents provided. Air-conditioning in bedrooms work well. Shower is warm. 2 underground parking lots.

only one bathroom for a three bedroom apartment, which would contain 6 adults seems insufficient. Accessing the external toilet is most inconvenient. A slight problem with the automatic lock not programmed to the correct time for entry.

the size of the apartment was great, two recreation areas was a plus. All the bedrooms were very comfortable and the unit was very clean. The laundry, plus supplies provided was greatly appreciated. Secure under cover garage and lift access was great. The small size of the complex was also a positive point. The location.

Single toilet within bathroom.

The balcony and viewing the sunset each evening, table and chairs provided. The spaciousness and cleanliness of the three bedroom apartment and cooling split system and ceiling fans to cool the apartment. The washing machine was the best ever provided in our many B & B vacations!! Washing liquid, pegs and air dryer for clothes provided also. Local shop for essentials just around corner.

Even though there was a second toilet, a second bathroom would have been a bonus.

We appreciated having the large amount of space for 4 adults to enjoy. Also appreciated having supplies like glad wrap, cooking oil, dish washing tablets, sugar etc available. Views were very good. A very comfortable unit which suited us for our week in Darwin.

The beds were very comfortable and nice linen. Apartment had everything you needed. Simple and non cluttered. Good security and 2nd toilet.

Nothing it’s fantastic

When it says huge they are right it is massive and what a lovely place spotlessly clean comfy beds (big) and central for everything and even a welcome pack which was a lovely surprise. there’s a restaurant right on the doorstep with cracking food and a supermarket just a short walk 2 mins, lovely big balcony to sit and chill with a glass of wine and views looking over the golf course. I could keep going on about this area all day it’s really great don’t hesitate giving this a visit it’s worth it

Fantastic location close to city and the attractions. Accommodation was spacious and contained everything we needed. Host was very helpful and responded in a timely manner to any queries. Would recommend this place and would stay here again.

Host was highly communicative and responsive. Comprehensive kitchen for cooking and beach sunset picnics. Laundry - washing machine and dryer much appreciated. Spacious and comfortable living spaces and bedrooms. Ample linen and towels. Excellent location - central and easy access to all parts of Darwin by scooter, car and walking. Views! KOPI Stop Cafe just downstairs for excellent coffee each morning. Fans and air con in all rooms. Netflix and other streaming services available.
