That there was no easy parking close by.

The room was well situated in central Hobart. It was very comfortable and had everything I needed for an overnight stay. Considering it was part of a hotel and the gaming room and bistro were close by, it was very quiet.

The hotel does not have an elevator, so you have to carry all your luggage up to your room. There are several stairs. But I knew it beforehand, so it was a choice I made in choosing this place. There is a bar and a game room downstairs, which cause a little bit of noise, but the bar closes at 22:00, so that was acceptable. And according to the voices, the clientele wasn't too wild :D

The hotel is in a very good location. There are shops, bars, restaurants right in the corner. Also good public connections near, if you need some. The Skybus from the airport stops nearby at the same street too. The room was bigger than I expected and the heating lamps at the bathroom appreciated and needed. It was a nice surprise that besides teabags and instant coffee, there were also some cookies.

A bit of noise (unfortunately one of the mornings was the bin collection day so a fair bit of noise from pushing the bins out/in)- I guess this is to be expected given the location

Excellent location, super central. The room was very quiet even though you are smack bang in the middle of the main road. The staff is friendly and went above and beyond to help and accomodate our needs. Room is extremely clean, has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Can’t change the fact there was no lift. However I did not have much baggage. Also a little noisy during the day from areas out the back.

Hard to find at first entrance to the hotel, but when you find it it's great :) They don't have parking so be prepare to park somewhere else. They don't have elevator but stairs.

Very nice staff, I had spacious room, very quiet, at the end of corridor so I felt very private there. Nice bathroom. Totally recomend to everybody looking for afordable hotel in the centre, close to other attractions.

There is no lift which I knew before booking and was fine with. People will just need to aware that the stairs may be difficult to navigate with heavy luggage.

Room and bathroom were very clean, had all I needed for my stay. Convenient location surrounded by shops, a pharmacy across the road, supermarket not far away and the Sky Bus stop 5 just down the road. It was quiet when I was there (Sunday-Tuesday), can hear the occasional noise from the corridor. This room was better than the bigger brand hotel that I also stayed in on this trip.

Although the bathroom is clean and the bed comfortable, the walls could use some dusting. The staff was courteous but not very helpful. It would be nice if they fixed their washing machine.

Its location is ideal, within easy walking distance of all major sights.

it is not a didn't like, but Room 3, the TV needs checking. We did get the sound back, but a number of local stations (not HD ones) did not show picture, just sound.

Reception could only keep my bag until 5pm as my flight was only at 9pm.. but it was Australia day…

Excellent location. Looks a bit dodgy at the entrance because you walk though a sports bar to checkin with a games room on the left side. But the room was great. There were even Twinings English breakfast tea bags and fresh milk in the fridge and 2 bottles of water! Although those tea bags were not replenished after the 2nd day and the service discarded my own soap!!
