Some of the dishes were dirty, the electric frying pan hadn’t been cleaned, I had to wash everything prior to using it. The bathroom taps had gunk all around them, they need to be scrubbed with a toothbrush.

Everything was great.

The one bed unit had everything. GREAT bed, bath, kitchen & fab view. Close to bus & ferry......train a 6 minute walk. Fabulous restaurant connected to the Hotel downstairs.

The location was walking distance from my course. It was also walking distance from great restaurants. The room was so clean and the bed was really comfortable.

The experience with the room heater was disappointing. Despite reporting the issue to the reception, it appears that the technician's attempts to fix it were unsuccessful. This resulted in discomfort for the guest, who had to endure chilly nights and resort to wearing thermal shirts and pants to keep warm throughout their seven-night stay.

The location of Cosmo Central Apartment is undeniably convenient, with easy access to City Cat for Beach City and Milton Station for the city. Additionally, the vicinity boasts numerous cafes and eateries offering guests plenty of dining options. The provision of essential amenities such as towels, shower amenities, coffee, tea, sugar, laundry detergent, and dishwashing powder at the reception is commendable. It's convenient for guests to access these items whenever needed.

The tap in the kitchen was somewhat broken/completely loose; water came out ok, but the tap (whole fixture) was loose and not fixed to the sink and so it was very difficult to use. The room was mostly clean, but there was some mould in the shower and some dust in the corners of the bedroom.

Great value for money overall and the location was very convenient for us visiting family nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful - especially the young woman at checkout who was also working there last year. It was really good to have a sitting area and kitchen as we were staying in Brisbane for 5 nights. Also, the washer and dryer in the room were very convenient.

The shower curtains were difficult to keep closed, and the water from the shower got over a lot of the floor, making the tiles a little bit slippery.

Best water pressure in any hotel I've ever been in. The location is so convenient and the staff and service were great!

We have stayed at the Central Como on three previous occasions. Location is excellent, train station less than 10 minute walk away, carparking at reasonable rates, friendly staff, rooms are very clean and spacious with ample facilities, balcony, many restaurants and a couple of good bars (Scratch) in the area and only a 10 minute train ride to Southbank.

- traffic noise, day and night. Better soundproofing is needed, especially for the river-facing windows. - no grocery store within easy walking distance - would be nice to have basic staples in the kitchen, such as oil and vinegar and a few spices

- location right by the ferry dock - spacious apartment - well supplied kitchen - comfortable beds and furniture
